The patio is a great spot to relax after dinner. On clear nights, you’ll be amazed by how many stars you can see. We even provide a telescope on request for a closer look at the night sky!

Enjoy a 40-inch smart TV with Netflix, Foxtel and Prime Video for your downtime, whether you’re watching your favourite show or winding down with a movie after a day at the beach.

We’ve stocked the studio with a great selection of unique board games and card games, perfect for cozy nights in or rainy afternoons. Whether you're into strategy games, party games, or classic favorites, there’s something fun for everyone. Grab a game, make a cup of Byron Bay Tea, and enjoy a relaxed night in after a day of exploring!

The studio is designed to feel like a home away from home:

* A comfy queen bed with soft linens to sink into after a day out.
* Two brand new fold-away mattresses—a king single and a single—perfect for friends or children. Both can be tucked away during the day to keep the space open.
* A kitchenette with everything you need for quick and easy meals, including a stove burner, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee plunger and fridge.

☕ Plus, we’ve stocked the studio with premium Byron Bay Coffee for your mornings and Byron Bay Cookies for a sweet treat to enjoy during your stay.

We’ve also got you covered with the little things, like beach towels, beach umbrella, a steamer for clothes, and super fast Starlink internet for streaming Netflix, Stan or catching up with work.

Is the studio private?
Yes! It’s attached to our family home, but it has its own entrance and a private garden area.

How close is the beach?
It’s about a 10-minute walk—great for morning swims or sunset strolls!

What can I expect from the kitchenette?
The kitchenette is small but perfect for quick meals. It has a stove burner, microwave, toaster, fridge, coffee plunger and kettle, though there’s no oven or kitchen sink.

Is off-street parking available?
Yes! There’s free street parking right in front of the house. If you’d prefer more secure parking, let us know—we’re happy to offer access to the gated driveway at no extra charge.

Can we bring our dog?
Of course! The garden is fenced, and there’s a great dog beach nearby. Message us to learn more about dog-friendly places in Byron—there are heaps! Let us know about your furry family member when booking, pre-approval is required.

Can we bring a 4th person?
Yes, but it will be a tight squeeze. We can provide a comfy fold-up single mattress and linens for the 4th guest. There is a fee of $30/night for the 4th person that is paid separately from the reservation.
