Welcome to The Byron Pavilion, your ideal getaway nestled in the heart of lively Byron Bay in the beautiful NSW state. This superb holiday rental can comfortably accommodate up to 14 guests, making it the perfect hub for your next group trip or family holiday.

Discover seven beautifully furnished bedrooms, each offering different configurations to suit a variety of needs. Three spacious bathrooms stand ready to refresh and rejuvenate you after a day of exploration. Two convenient off-street parking spaces are also included, adding an additional touch of convenience to your stay.

We have a strict NO outside noise policy from 10pm - 8am weekends and 9pm weekdays.
No groups under 35 years of age.

Excellent house for a larger group with a big living and kitchen area. Outside area is wonderful and feels like you are in a tropical paradise. Great Location with easy walking distance to the supermarket and city centre. Would stay again!

It's better than all good
Always like a property that has lots of everything you need and this place does. Having stayed at a different place each year for the last 6 this one has been the best so far. Really easy access to shops and beach. A great place to hang out at. Massive kitchen and fridges means no need to go out to dine. Juliette was great to deal with. Super helpful.

The property was everything it seemed to be online. Ideally set up for a large group of adults travelling to Byron for a weekend break. Clean, comfortable and very well equipped. Great location a five-minute walk to town or the beach but in a quiet residential street. Cannot recommend highly enough. Would definitely return.

Juliette was spot on with everything from the get go. Couldn't ask for a more responsive host. House is beautiful with everything you could want. Great indoor and outdoor areas, gardens and pool area superb and kitchen has everything you would want and the provision of a few coffee pods and some yummy local biscuits just topped off a wonderful experience.
