Nice property but would not recommend
The house is very unique with plenty of room inside and out. The views are spectacular and the location is good. You can walk to the beach, the lighthouse or to town. They provide a surfboard and bikes, which was nice for our family. My daughter loved stay in the separate third bedroom outside of the main unit. That being said I would not return there. The house is older and needs some repair. The door to our bathroom stuck and made a loud nice when we tried to shut it (waking up my husband in the middle of the night). The towel rod had fallen off at some point and they stuck it back on with a suction cup that continued to release it. The coffee maker needed descaling before we could use it. The hot tub took 4 hours each day to warm up and then it was only luke warm. The hot water tank ran out on the first day of our visit and we had to call to have it refilled. The sheets also were not good-very scratchy and uncomfortable. Then one week after we left, the property manager sent me an email saying my family had put a chip in their granite countertop that was there when we got there. They are threatening to charge us for it. Our family barely used the kitchen let alone had anything heavy enough in the house that would put a dent in granite! We had a wonderful time in Australia and loved Byron Bay. Now though our memories are tainted by our experience with this property and their management.

A fabulous house with an awesome view. We loved our short stay in this property. It was spotlessly clean. The furnishings were modern and new. The kitchen had everything you need. We would love to stay again.
