- Age Requirement: The majority of the group must be 18 years or older.
- Strict Check-in/Check-out: Check-in from 3:00 pm; check-out by 10:00 am. No early arrivals or late departures.
- No Visitors: Only registered, paying guests are allowed on the property at any time.
- Noise Restrictions: Strict no-noise and no-party policy applies. Security call-outs may result in a $300 fee or eviction.
- Security Deposit: $350 per person (minimum $1,000), refundable after a satisfactory inspection. Credit card only (1.9% surcharge).
