The finished basement is the 4th bedroom with 3 full beds and a full bathroom. The home is located on 3 1/2 acres of property with gorgeous mountain views and a private swimming pool for your use. The large driveway allows for parking multiply vehicles and boats. You can have your boat in the water in a matter of minutes or lounge by the pool. We have a baby bed and high chair located in the master bedroom closet for use if you have an infant. House was exactly as described! Lake & Sunset Marina are very close. Rented pontoon boat from marina - staff at marina were awesome! We loved the pool and lucked out on the weather! Would definitely rent the house again!

End of Summer Fun
This property was very spacious for our party of 9. It is well stocked, from the kitchen to the linens. We enjoyed the pool as well as the close by marina. Owners are very responsive.

Great location, lots of space both indoors and outdoors, pet-friendly.
My daughter and son stayed here with their kids (my grandkids) and two small dogs. The house was nice in the fact that there was lots of room for everyone to spread out. The pool was a nice touch and the kids especially enjoyed that. The location was great in that it was close to Sunset Marina, the grocery store and some restaurants. The owners were quick to responnd if we had any issues or questions.

Wonderful property and owners! House and property are exactly as described. Very close to marina. Plenty of room and the pool is a special bonus! Easy check in and out, owners very responsive to our questions. We had to bring our dog at the last minute and the owners were very cool about it. Hope we get to visit again!! Truly fantastic!!

Foothills Festival with Family
First, we will be back. The owner was easy to work with and very responsive. The house was perfect for our group. We look forward to renting again so that we can enjoy the pool, unfortunately, it was too cold this time. The house had everything, large serving platers & bowls, room, and seating, we needed to entertain our family that lives in the area. Lots of room for all. Thank you for such a perfect place to stay!

Great stay for Family Vacation (5 kids/5 Adults)
Nice, spacious house conveniently close to Sunset Marina. Master bedroom was very large with a walk in closet & a good sized bathroom with shower. The basement is a great area for all the kids to hang out with plenty of beds. Really enjoyed having pool time with the grandkids. We all loved it & will probably return in the future. Our only issue was the lack of water pressure in the showers, but we survived! (Just took a little longer.)

Great location to Sunset Marina.
We loved our stay. The house was very close to Sunset Marina. Last minute issue with dog boarding so we had to bring our new addition dog with us. The owners responded very quickly and no issues. Pet friendly. Our Maggie Lou enjoyed mornings on the deck and yard running and watching the cows come up to the fence. We didn’t stay in the basement but we were a small group. Beds comfortable and everything we needed after a day on the lake. Pool was an extra benefit even though we didn’t take a break from the lake the kids got to enjoy last day swimming.

What a wonderful rental! Our family so enjoyed this trip to Dale Hollow! The house was better than expected. So much room to spread out. Clean and comfy. And the kitchen was incredibly well equipped. You never know what to expect in the kitchen of a rental, but this one had a great selection of cookware, small appliances and other gadgets which was great for us as we didn’t go out for any meals. The owners were wonderful to work with. Very prompt to any questions we had. And we loved the new pool area! Great size, comfy outdoor furniture…we spent a lot of time chilling at the pool. Will definitely return to this house on future lake trips!

Nice place, close to fishing but had problems
Sinks were plugged up and so for 2 days could not cook , dishwasher flooded and was broke last day, the showers have no protection from falling and all totes are about 1 foot off ground these last 2 were the worst as we were 10 men and we ranged from 6 ft 1 to me at 6ft 4

Convenient But Dated
Spacious rooms and farmhouse feel. Clean but dated we had challenges with TV in master and never got it to work. Washer and dryer but no laundry products provided, not even 1-2 detergent pods which would have been nice. Speaking of soap, none in bathrooms for showering. so BYO. Older appliances and no ice maker in fridge. Good fire pit area but bring lighter or matches as none onsite we could find. Ample parking. There was no communication from host even after texting to ask about turnaround area for our boat/trailer. Main draw is convenient location to the lake and Sunset Mariana.

Just OK
We just spent the week of July 4th here. First, the positives.....there were 6 of us, two in each bedroom and we did have plenty of room. The TV has many channels and the wi-if worked really well. It's a very short drive to Sunset Marina, which is where we keep our boat. And we had everything we needed in terms of the kitchen, towels, etc. My Biggest complaint is that it wasn't very clean. The toilet was dirty, the bathroom floors were dirty and the rugs hadn't been shaken out so there was stuff all over them. The light fixture above the kitchen table was full of bugs. The fans and vents in the bathrooms were disgusting and dirt was all over them. The carpet upstairs is worn and filthy and the master bedroom carpet has a large, dark stain on it. We've stayed in many places on Dale Hollow and when you stay in a place that gets rented out week after week all summer, you want to know that it's been thoroughly cleaned. This place was not. They had a broom and dust pan, but it was so disgusting I wouldn't even use it. I wiped down the floors with a wet paper towel and it was black when I got finished. I just didn't feel comfortable because it was so dirty.

Great Location to Sunset Marina
This property was just the right size for 4 adults and 3 teenagers. We had one good day of weather and spent it on the lake, however, the girls would have loved some pictures by the pool—it looked as if maybe it was in the process of being drained and then just left. It was green and not covered for winter yet. There is a nice fire pit area that we took advantage of several nights. Bring your own chairs! The driveway is a little narrow, but has ample parking. The only other “issue” we had was finding the trash cans outside for pickup. The detached garage has a do not enter sign, but that is where the trash cans were located. Overall, we had an amazing trip with lots of memories made and would absolutely stay here again.

Overall nice place. There was nothing placed on top of trash can to keep animals out as instructed. The only trash can in barn for trash removal was full upon arrival with open trash all over barn floor-looked like it had been there for awhile. Pool could use a good cleaning.

Cozy and inviting atmosphere!
We have loved coming to visit with you guys for several years now. This property has a little bit of something for everyone. The beautiful pool, picturesque atmosphere, and the feeling of being right at home is exactly what you want when you’re spending time with your family. The host is always very friendly and welcoming, very responsive to any and all needs as they may arise. We have always been very pleased with our stay and will continue to visit in the future.
