"Good stay,with a sea view room.The breakfast was very good although I'm not a fan of sharing breakfast room with dogs. Although entertainment was advertised for 3 nights out of the 4 of my stay,it wasn't provided."

"Not so good experience. I work in Llandudno Venue Cymru about four times a year, stay in this hotel, and it was good, but not this time. The radiator was on max and couldn't be turned off. The bathroom didn't have toilet paper, soap and shower gel. The television couldn't turn on. There was a kettle, but no spoon or stir stick."

"We really enjoyed our stay, from booking to checkout the staff were attentive and helpful. I phoned to request a walk in shower for my elderly nan in 1 room and they sorted it straight away, also making sure we were in rooms next to each other. The bar was lovely, breakfast even better and the rooms had everything you could ask for, nothing had been left out with a lovely view on top. It was walkable to everything and we had a lovely stay. Only tiny downside is no parking, but that's what old character towns are like, and it was easy enough finding something just down the road. Would definitely stay again if ever returning to Llandudno! You won't regret booking here. Thank you!"
