"I stayed at this hotel during WRC Rally Sweden. The staff is A+++ and they even ensured there were breakfast items available when I left the hotel each day around 3:00 AM. I also had several items shipped to the hotel and they held them until my arrival. I had a double bed room on the 12th floor with 8 power outlets and even a bottle opener attached to the wall. "Had a very comfortable night here. The staff at reception were very friendly and the room was one of the nicest I’ve experienced in this category of hotel. The hotel is situated in the centre of Umea and is a five minute walk to the station. As the hotel is right in the centre, it is close to all the shops you’ll need. I did not get to enjoy the hotel’s free breakfast as I had to leave early but I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone in the area. "
