"Staff was courteous and helpful. Check in/out was easy. For a building of it's age it was in good repair and well maintained. However, to say my mattress was uncomfortable is an understatement. When I sat on it it appeared thick, but was the most flimsy thing I've slept on short of a cheap pull-out couch. Rooms were fairly sound proof from neighbors. "I really can't compare to my past stays at this same location as THE MOTEL 6 HOTEL management caused my Expedia reservation at the Danver property to be cancelled for unknown reasons. The only reason we can suspect that our 2 room ONE NIGHT (Friday) reservation was cancelled was so the motel 6 could use our rooms for people wanting at least a 2 or 3 night weekend stay. "Super unique! Very walkable to all the fun stuff downtown. I give this place 4.5 stars. My only beef is its terribly expensive for a 1 bathroom and the living room is cool, but uncomfortable. Great for insta pics and all that, but if you think you're gonna unwind an watch a scary movie its not gonna happen. The couches are more decorative. Big kitchen with everything that you'd have at home. And whoever was the decorator...the detail is impeccable. "
