"The hotel is close to shops, beach and a fantastic water park for the children. We had 2 apartments in the complex and both of our apartments needed updating. They offer a fantastic breakfast that is included in your stay. It was run by an amazing kind and friendly breakfast team, they made our stay so warm and friendly. "

"Room service daily was good. Can be noisy from other people staying there banging their doors. Everyone was big enough to have a small dining table in there but there was not one to make it easier to sit and eat our food. Our room and bathroom was more than a decent size. The bed felt like an ironing board. Communication to find our keys after hours was great. The facility was in a handy location for us."

"DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS PROPERTY We left before we need stayed due to poor facilities, everything was breaking or not working. We were expected to fix ourselves and let strangers walk through our room. Leaving open bottles of draino in the bathroom with our young children around. Called to discuss the refund we didn’t get and I was yelled at by the old owner and completely disrespected when I called to kindly discuss. Absolutely disgusting service to give."
