The view out the front window of the bay was spectacular. We enjoyed a walk on the private beach and some hikes nearby. Also enjoyed laundry on site. Great place to spend some time!

Perfect Place for R & R
Our fourth year at this beach front home. Every year is different with the weather or activities we engage in, however our stay at the home is always comfortable, charming, peaceful and we never want to leave. Great place for a couple and one child.

September Stay
Great location for Cape Cod activities. The bungalow was small, but the perfect size for my husband and I. It was right on the bay, perfect for beach walks and kayaking. Well equipped home, everything we needed. Will stay again there when we go back. Just a note, it didn't bother us, but the shower and some ceilings are rather low. If you are over 6 foot, you may have a problem.

It’s the old story: location, location, location
How delightful to look out at Buttermilk Bay, walk along and swim in Buttermilk Bay and be so close to Cape Cod that one can assess traffic and go! A charming cottage for one, room for a pal in a safe and friendly community with a history. I found nothing lacking. The cottage is well equipped, clean, well maintained and charming! I hope to return. Thank you for a great 10 days!

My Best View
View here spectacular. Classic cape cottage. Neighbors were friendly. Cottage immaculate. Everything you needed was here, all functioned well. Some of the ceilings were low ( edge of kitchen and bath. ) If your over 5’10, you will be challenged. My husband said it was worth it. Top grade TP, and milk left for first mornings coffee which was also there. Thanks for the French press! Other coffee makers there as well.

Very small cabin with a great view!
1. We are relatively tall people 5’ 8” and 6’1”. Ceilings in kitchen and bathroom were very low. Had to go to the entrance to even comb hair. The bed took up the entire bedroom with one night stand and light that did not reach the height of the mattress (no reading in bed for even one and no reading lamps in cottage). Bedding was subpar. Only one lamp in central room. 2. One closet in bedroom that was 2/3+ full of household items. There were no drawers for guest use (underwear). Had to put shoes under bed or couch. We were on a two week trip so had large luggage. Had to keep it in central room to use it - could not empty and store in basement. 3. Cottage was moderately decorated - not the charm we were expecting! 4. Setting and view of the bay were fantastic!!

A Perfect Stay
The cottage has everything you could ask for; comfy bed, great water pressure, many extras for cooking, windows that open, clean and serene indoor furnishings and the setting on the bay is simply gorgeous. We would love to return.

Weekend Getaway
This was a great place for my husband and I to spend the weekend exploring Cape Cod. My husband (6'1") had a little trouble with the low ceilings, but other than that this place was perfect!

Beautiful area for a quiet or fun filled experience!
You can relax at the beach right outside the front door, on the deck, or in this small home with great views or hike, fish, walk, bike in nearby towns. It’s such a great location we’ve been coming here for the past four years. The hosts are the best!

Good Place
I was traveling through New England to visit Martha’s Vineyard and Nantucket Island and this cottage was an ideal location to stay while visiting. Loved the atmosphere: Quiet, serene, great views of Buzzards Bay. There were some miscommunications with the owner, but nothing major. Suggestions: Ppease leave a binder with information on the cottage that explains when the trash pickup occurs, parking details, where the basement access is located to do laundry, etc. I had to ask about these things; I have seen binders of information at other Vrbo places.
