There is also a private den with a futon and a sleep sofa in the sunroom on the first floor. There are 2 TV's and cable on the first floor. The house also has WIRELESS INTERNET.

On the second floor, there are 2 large bedrooms, one King sized bed and one Queen sized bed. Both rooms have TV's and ocean views. There is also a bathroom and tub/shower upstairs as well.

Outside the property, adjacent to the sunroom, there is a slated porch and grassy area, and a staircase that leads right down to the beach and ocean. BBQ provided.

Watch the spectacular sunrises over Buttermilk Bay and take a 5 minute stroll down the beach to a tiki bar where the mudslides are to die for!
