Razoável, chuveiro demora esquentar, bateria do celular demorava uma noite inteira pra carregar, a fechadura da porta poderia melhorar também, bem complicado para fechar a porta. Pontos positivos: limpesa e atendimento, café da manha muito bom também

Merece atenção com a roupa de cama e banho.
A localização pra quem está de carro é ótima, e sempre tive vaga disponível. O café da manhã tinha o essencial sem aquelas enrolações de bolos e coisas repetidas como pão. Aliás, o pão estava sempre fresquinho e as frutas um mel. A tv e o Wi-Fi funcionaram muito bem, o Sr. Elson que parece ser da manutenção foi atencioso ao nos receber e encaminhar até a recepção. O quarto estava arrumado e cheiroso, porém o que nos chocou foi a forma de secagem das toalhas ao ar livre e penduradas sem pregadores no estacionamento. Quando chegamos vimos a maioria caída pelo chão e quero crer que seriam lavadas novamente. Mas só de estarem ao lado dos carros e perto da rua, me obrigou a sair para comprar toalhas, pois não tive coragem de usá-las, pois as do quarto tinham manchas escuras como se fossem mal lavadas. A forte chuva fez com que entrasse água no quarto por baixo da porta mas considerei normal, apesar que o telhado poderia ter calhas, mas fuo informado pelo recepcionista que estava para instalar.

Localizada a 600m da Orla Bardot; acesso fica em um aclive muito íngreme.. A limpeza deixa muito a desejar, muito mesmo... Fiquei muito decepcionado com o que encontrei; não recomendo!!

Atendimento péssimo
Fiz duas diárias , de sexta para sábado e se sábado para domingo. Cheguei na pousada de madrugada cansado e quando cheguei na recepção dei meu nome e fui surpreendido com a pessoa que estava na recepção falando que não tinha nenhuma reserva no meu nome . Mostrei a reserva pela celular e mesmo assim fiquei aguardando . Depois o atendente meu pediu para mandar a reserva por e-mail . E mesmo assim após isso ele não me liberou , após alguns minutos o mesmo me informou que iria tentar me ajudar e me colocou em um quarto, perguntei sobre a tomada pois nenhuma estava funcionando somente uma próxima ao banheiro, pedi se pudesse ajudar pois estava precisando usar o notebook a trabalho . Mesmo assim não trocou meu quarto e nem resolveu meu problema e pela manhã fui novamente a recepção. O mesmo pediu que aguardasse que uma pessoa ia até o quarto para consertar as tomadas . Porém fui embora e no ninguém foi resolver a situação.

Fomos muito bem atendidos por todos os funcionários, tivemos um upgrade do quarto e o café da manhã estava sempre inoecavel. A piscina estava incrivelmente limpa e os quartos tinham uma essência deliciosa.

Mudança de quarto no meio da viagem.
O primeiro quarto que nos colocaram eram três camas de solteiros, mas eu paguei uma cama Queen na minha reserva. Ao chegar cansado de noite no hotel fiz a reclamação e tive que fazer a mudança do quarto pequeno para o maior - condizente com o pagamento da minha reserva. Foi chato ter que fazer essa mudança no meio da viagem (fazer as malas de novo para mudar de quarto) e passar um tempo no quarto menor. Espero que o estabelecimento não ofereça duas camas de solteiro juntas para quem faz reserva de uma cama Queen.

Recomendo a pousada, ótima localização e de fácil acesso. Única coisa que não gostei é o horário que os hóspedes podem utilizar a piscina, muito limitado.

A pousada tem um ótimo custo benefício. Perto da praia João Fernandes (de carro) e dá para ir a pé para a rua das pedras. Todos os funcionários são muito simpáticos! Deixaram fazermos o check-in e liberaram o quarto as 9:30 da manhã e nos deram a possibilidade de sair mais tarde no check-out sem cobrar nada a mais. É necessário maior atenção com a limpeza. As paredes dos quartos precisam de limpeza/pintura e encontramos uma barata no quarto!

Muito fraco para um hotel de Búzios.
Eu não voltaria. Mesmo que tenha que pagar um pouco mais caro é melhor ir para outro hotel na cidade: Hotel fica em um morro, então pra chegar ou sair tem que subir escadas. Estacionamento desorganizado. A Staff não é cortês ou amigável. Staff fuma em áreas comuns. Café da manhã fraco. Quarto sujo. Frigobar não gela. Ar condicionado de janela muito barulhento.
