The house offers a gardener daily to tidy up the exterior of the house.

Shop for groceries, organize everything at the house (optional service): 300 BRL
If service hired, cleaning products will be included in the list. Otherwise, we present the bill for exact costs.

Bed linens and towels are changed every 5 days.

**House Rules:**
* Quiet hours: Up to 60 decibels from 10 PM to 9 AM, and 85 decibels at other times. No external speakers are allowed.
* Social visits are allowed with prior approval, limited to 9 AM to 6 PM, with up to 4 people at a time on the property, and 6 per day. Extra staff may be needed, at owner's discretion.
* No use of mattresses on the floor, sleeping on sofas, tampering with locked cabinets or pantries, using the washing machine without prior authorization and cost agreement. The pool must only be used by children under adult supervision.
* No glasses near/inside the pool. Penalty for breaking glass inside the pool: 3000 BRL
* Pets can be accepted depending on size/breed, there's a 400 BRL fee, they cannot be on beds and sofas
* A list of full names + passports or id # is required up to 10 days before check-in
* At check-in, everything is in very good shape. You must inform of any irregularity or details in the first 24 hours
* Only listed guests can sleep over
* Intended use is residential only
* Drugs and prostitution are strictly forbidden
* House internal regulations must be fully respected and staff treated cordially
* We are not responsible for third-party outages such as water, electricity, cable, internet
* No recordings and/or videos (public or private) with commercial intent of the property can be shared/distributed, online or otherwise.
* Check-ins after 8 PM are subject to availability and a R$100 cash fee per event for the staff member being at disposal outside normal working hours.
* Organizing any type of event, such as parties or gatherings with friends outside the hosted group, is prohibited without prior written approval from the owner.
* Infants are not instantly allowed. Please consult with us.
* Returning the keys with delay at check-out without our prior approval can incur in a charge of 2 night's rent
* Rule violations will be penalized with the full security deposit per event, plus any loss or fine, and may result in eviction without refunds.

We like welcoming guests in person, leaving you as comfortable and independent as possible during your stay, while always being available when/if you need a help or suggestion from us.
