Yes, this mansion also comes complete with a sparkling swimming pool with comfortable seating, hammocks, and an outdoor kitchen for family barbecues. There’s also a nice lawn area included for the kids to play.

If you are worried about getting out-of-shape while on vacation, especially after eating all of that scrumptious Brazilian food, this vacation home also has a nicely-equipped gym inside. But, that’s not all. This house on the beach even has a massive movie theater with nice cool air-conditioning, And, so the kids are happily occupied, a playroom complete with a ping-pong table, 32-inch television, coloring books, whiteboard, and more is also included in this amazing home-away-from-home.

Ferradura Beach is a great location since it is somewhat close to the city downtown and also to its entrance, saving you some precious time in traffic jams during high season.

Getting Around:
You can come by car and taxi. There are buses taking you to Buzios from Rio and other destinations if you desire.

Or if you wish, we can hire personalized transportation services such as executive car, van, boat and others to offer you the best experience possible.

Other Things to Note:
With the maximum capacity of the house, 6 employees are required: 2 cooks 250.00 each (500); 1 helper 200.00; 1 homemade 200; 1 maid 200; 1 housekeeper 200. Except in the very high season, whose values ​​change to: 2 cooks 350.00 each; 1 helper 250.00; 1 homemade 250; 1 maid 250; 1 housekeeper 250.

Water and electricity are paid as an extra. Also, rentals above 4 days need to insert value 20 thousand liters pit.

Fossa/gas: R$500 for every 10,000 liters of water, which is usually used at maximum capacity in 3 days. If less use is made, 50% of the sump value is charged (R$250).

The most important House Rules are:

* Silence from 10pm til 7am
* Social visits are limited from 7am until 10pm and up to 2 people at the same time in the property
* A list of full names + passports or id # is required up to 10 days before check-in
* Only listed guests can sleep over
* Intended use is residential only
* Drugs and prostitution are strictly forbidden
* Building or Condominium internal regulations must be fully respected
* Check-ins/outs outside of regular hours are subject to availability and if possible, incur in an equivalent amount of 60BRL in cash as compensation to the staff doing it, per event
* Bookings of length period from 15 nights or greater pay electricity bill as an extra
* Included cleaning covers reasonable usage, excess will be charged
* Rules breaches will be penalized by the full amount of security deposit, per event, plus any loss or fines and can result in eviction with no right to refunds.
