"There were 3 of us, and we had a great time, great weather, and enjoyed the time on Lake Vermilion. The cabin was very clean. Only suggestions are to let guests know that they have access to the dock; and the Wifi info in the messages/emails was incorrect, but we figured it out. I would recommend this cabin/location on Lake Vermilion to others."

"My wife and I were up for a 5 day fishing trip. The property was as described on a very private, quiet lot with a nice dock. There is a nice back deck view of the lake and a covered patio in the front. We really enjoyed our stay and would definately return/recommend."

"My middle son wanted his "senior" trip to be with his whole family (dog too) and focused on fishing. This was the perfect rental for exactly that. Shaun was great with all of our questions. The cabin was perfect-- we have 3 boys (20, 17, 14) myself, my husband, and dog, and we didn't feel crowded. The boys enjoyed all the family pictures and history of the island. "John and Carol are wonderful hosts. It really reminds me of going up for family vacations in the 80's and 90's. Very laid back and helpful if any questions or needs arise. Beautiful Lodge and grounds. Great access to boat slips and great boat launch. Our cabin (daybreak) was literally right over the water. Woke up to waves lapping every morning. Lots for the kids to do and fishing is bar none"

"The location is beyond words. Truly beautiful and relaxing. We loved bird watching including a daily visit by a chatty eagle. Absolutely amazing. We explored Crane lake and caught enough walleyes and bass for a fish dinner at the cabin. The eagle enjoyed the fish remains right off the end of the dock. I highly recommend Loon Landing."
