"Very nice house with all the amenities. Easy access to downtown and restaurants."

"We actually stayed in the poolhouse at the same property. Originally my husband and I had booked for the room but when Barbara saw we were travelling with an infant she offered us the pool house as there was a pack n play in there. It provided us with a little more room and privacy with our infant daughter as we came into town to celebrate Thanksgiving with my husband's family. My only complaint is that there were curtains over the kitchen window to block out the light for the Ring security...

"The house is beautiful, the beds were comfy,the neighborhood was calm and comfortable, the hot tub was clean and hot. The issues keeping this from a 5 star is there was only 3 towels in a house that is supposed to accommodate 8. The chairs for the table were about to break and the couch was not very and very close to the ground. "

"This lovely, large, immaculate home made me feel like a princess. The house is very clean and decorated very pretty. I experienced promp communication from the kind owners. They went above and beyond and purchased a clothes iron a day before my arrival. I would love to return to this home in the future."

"This is the 2nd time we’ve stayed at Martha’s home. She is a great host. Her home is not only immaculately clean but so comforting for a restful stay. The beds & pillows are so plush. She goes above and beyond for her guests. Highly recommend her as a host. "

"Exceptionally clean and very comfortable. The yards and out door seating are very well maintained. The kitchen is good sized, well equipped and has a large fridge. On site parking that is well lit. The neighborhood is very quiet and well maintained. Our hostesses were communicative and very aware of our comfort. We loved our stay, would stay here again and highly recommmend this property/host. "

"Branden and his wife were such great hosts. They promptly answered any questions we had. They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable & were very accommodating. Their rental was spacious, well decorated with every detail covered, it was so clean. If we find ourselves in Bakersfield again, we will be sure to book hee!"

"We went to Bakersfield for an event that lasted several days with mix of adults and older teens. Property was perfect with a nice big living room and TV for the teens plus enough rooms for everyone to have space. Great spa too for everyone to decompress in as well. Property is well maintained,clean, and communication was excellent. They even helped get the internet back up and running when it went down. I highly recommend this place! Area was super safe even in Bakersfield. "
