"It is a guesthouse so facilities will be shared with others staying at the location. Not the fanciest of places but it’s cheap and the area is fairly convenient to Paris center about 25 minutes. The host was very kind and helpful with anything you needed. You will need to go through a couple of steps though prior to arriving which includes downloading apps onto your phone."

"Delightful venue in wonderful area with Arty /cafe vibe"

"Extremely quiet area, very comfortable bed. The bathroom door is made of glass with no privacy which is a little weird, a small curtain would be an easy adition.Bread and viennoiserie for breakfast seemed day old, but having a kitchen with a microwave and toaster helped. The owners had shared they wouldn't be available in the morning for personal reasons it was nice to be able to make more coffee ourselves."

"The good: -The apartment itself was a nice place with high ceilings and appeared to be for the most part clean. -The area felt safe with a short 15 minute walk to the tram station. -Despite other reviews, we did have the place to ourselves. The bad: -There is certainly someone residing there on a regular basis as there were used bathroom products, shoes in the doorway, and other things left around the house. "I had the pleasure of staying at Villa des Iris at the beginning of December. For the first time after several months of traveling, I unfortunately, made a mistake in my dates and arrived unannounced and unexpected. That said, Jack and his wife were so welcoming and kind and accommodated me for 2 (vs the originally booked 1 night). I was the only one staying in the villa, but I had a very cozy and wonderful stay while I visited Bervais and Amiens."

"Travelling to and from metro to the property is not safe at night. there is a square where a few group people watching you when ever you pass that area. therefore we tried to come home before night and not travel at night. due to this I have to booked a night at van de Europa to watch the fire works at the Disneyland. it is cost extra for us when we are thought we can travel from our property. "

"Stephane and Cecile of l’Atelier sur Seine are unmatched. They’re the best hosts you could have ever wished for. Their customer service and support are impeccable. Staphane never failed to check on us and asked for ways to make our stay better. It has been 2 weeks since my husband and I left l’Atelier sur Seine and I still think about the scenic view from our balcony, the charm of the place and the friendliness of the hosts. "

"If you’re planning a trip to Paris and want a hotel that blends luxury, comfort, and an unbeatable location, Pullman Paris Tour Eiffel is the perfect choice. From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding — welcoming, professional, and genuinely attentive to every need. The highlight, of course, is the proximity to the Eiffel Tower. Stepping out onto our balcony and seeing the tower so close was absolutely magical — especially at night when it sparkles! The rooms are modern, spacious, and thoughtfully designed, with plush beds, high-end amenities, and beautiful views over Paris. Everything was spotless and felt truly luxurious. Breakfast was another standout. A wide selection of fresh pastries, fruits, hot dishes, and delicious coffee made mornings a real treat. Convenient and Efficient Modern Accommodations

"Hotel is very conveniently located to CDG. Short walk from both the train station the evening we arrived and back to the terminal to depart by air the next day. Rooms were small, but efficient and clean. Enjoyed all the iPad technology in the room to control lights, TV, etc. Restaurant on site was surprisingly tasty. Would absolutely stay here again if we were catching a flight From CDG. "
