"It is a wonderful place and a wonderful house. The complex has a nice feeling to it with nice common areas for kids and adults to play. Location is great - close to many sights and cities on Istria but still in the countryside. Only minus for us was that some neighbors were listening to music all day long, and one night some were throwing a party. Check-in/out and communication with manager and owner super easy. When there were issues with the umbrellas, we got quick responses and the issues...

"We stayed for only 3 nights at this villa and wish it could have been longer. It was newly built and very spacious with plenty of seating indoor and outdoor for larger groups. The pool was where we spent the most time. The neighborhood is very secluded, grocery is 20 minute drive and downtown Pula 20-25 min drive. The villa is managed by a property management company that meets you for checkin where they have you sign a contract and pay a cash deposit, which I found unusual for a vrbo property...

"Unser Aufenthalt war sehr schön, ruhig gelegen mit schönem Garten und tollem Pool. Check in sowie Check out hat super geklappt und die Dame war sehr freundlich. Gab uns Tipps, sowie einige Informationen wo Restaurants und Strände zu finden sind! Schön wäre ein Bäcker der nur paar Meter entfernt ist und/oder ein kleiner Supermarkt für das nötigste. Und eine Bushaltestelle wäre toll in der Nähe, wenn man mal nicht mit dem Auto unterwegs sein möchte. Ansonsten ein Mega schönes Haus mit tollem Pool!...

"Villa Bianca is a marvellous and extremely well equipped holiday home. There are numerous sporting activities which kept the whole family entertained. The pool overlooked beautiful countryside and even a seaview could be seen from the upper floor. All bedrooms were comfy and well furnished and 3 had lovely balcony views. A car is necessary to get around although there is a small supermarket in the local village that can be reached by bike. Rovinj is about 25 mins away and is well worth a visit....

"Das Haus war schön allerdings sollte erwähnt werden, dass es sehr viele Wespen gibt (aggressiv teilweise). Auf der Terrasse zu essen war fast unmöglich. Höchstens abends, wenn sich die Wespen zurückgezogen haben. Die Kinder wurden gestochen und eines hat allergisch reagiert. Morgens und abends gab es leider draußen unangenehme Gerüche (Kanalisation). War sehr unangenehm. Die Toilettenspülung musste immer zweimal betätigt werde , da ansonsten einiges ‚zurückgespült‘ wurde. Sehr eklig! Geschirr...

"Property was ok albeit not quite as expected. The air on was woeful making sleep impossible for the whole duration. The hot tub is actually a bath with a leaky plug. Location means that without a car it wouldn’t be possible to stay here. We were however made very welcome and the pool was great"
