Sea moments North Sea offers you everything you need for a special vacation.
The high-quality furnished house in the country house vintage style has a very exclusive equipment, large wellness bath with sauna and whirlpool (approx. 17 m²), terrace, balcony on the upper floor, fireplace, underfloor heating, insect protection.
An extra highlight is the game room with Smart TV, Playstation, multifunctional game table (e.g. B. Table football, billiards), dart board and games for younger guests. Luxury for the whole family - even in bad weather!

The 4 cozy bedrooms, two of them on the ground floor, all have a Smart TV and plenty of storage space. In one bedroom there is a wooden baby bed for our smallest guests.

On the upper floor you will find a daylight-bright wellness bath with sauna, whirlpool, rain shower, toilet and double washbasin as well as high-quality Burg bathroom furniture. The stair area is protected by a stair gate. You will find a second bathroom with daylight and a rain shower on the ground floor.

A high quality kitchen with full equipment to the open dining area invites you to cook & enjoy & linger.

In the living area, a fireplace provides cozy warmth and the cozy corner sofa invites you to chill out.
All rooms are equipped with electric shutters and have underfloor heating. Living room, bathroom and bedroom windows have insect screens. A high chair, children's dishes and a blender complete the equipment of the little guests.

The garden offers two rocking chairs, a beach chair, patio furniture and a charcoal grill. The storage room has a washing machine and dryer, which you can use for a fee.

Schöner Urlaub in komfortablen Haus
Das Haus bietet alles was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Der Garten ist vielleicht etwas klein, auf jeden Fall für Federball oder Ähnliches. Die Lage ist auch gut. Man kann fußläufig die Innenstadt von Burhave erreichen und somit ist der Deich und das Wasser auch nicht weit entfernt.

Schönes Haus ziemlich vom Schuß
Wir waren 6 Erwachsene. Haus und Lage des Hauses gut. Die Betten leider etwas fest. Die Umgebung leider recht weit vom Schuss für Ausflüge. Einkauf dank Edeka und Netto ok. Burhave für Erwachsene nicht mehr ganz zeitgemäß leider, daher nur bedingt zu empfehlen.

Ein Haus in Top-Lage mit sehr guter Ausstattung
Das Ferienhaus ist sehr gut für bis zu 8 Personen und ein Kleinkind geeignet. Die Ausstattung war sehr gut. Alles, was im Inserat stand, war auch vorhanden und in einem sehr guten Zustand. Der Strand, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind in 10 bis 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Dass das WLAN nicht im Preis dabei war und extra kostet ist leider etwas ungewöhnlich. Auch dass der Preis für die Nutzung der Waschmaschine und des Trockners an eine Zeit gekoppelt ist, ist etwas umständlich. Was alles von der Kaution abgezogen wird, wenn man bestimmte Regeln nicht beachtet, wirkte teilweise sehr kleinlich und sorgte für Verunsicherung. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war leider etwas umständlich. So waren mehrere Telefonate und E-Mails vor der Anreise notwendig, da sie nicht über den FeWo-Chat kommunizieren wollten. Letztendlich konnte aber alles mit dem Vermieter ohne Probleme abgestimmt werden.

Hervorragende Ferienwohnung mit Wohlfühl-Faktor
Bei unserem Aufenthalt (4 Erwachsene und 2 Kleinkinder) waren wir rundum Glücklich in dieser FeWo - Ruhige Lage - Schöne Wohnung mit viel Platz und hochwertiger Ausstattung (Fenster, Badezimmer, Sauna, usw) - Lage nahe Strand und Einkaufmöglichkeiten Gerne wieder !

Wer Ruhe sucht, ist in Burhave sehr gut aufgehoben.Leider schließt das Rondell schon um 18:00Uhr,was wir persönlich nicht so angemessen fanden,da mehrere Touristen enttäuscht waren die abends dort noch einkehren wollten.Ansonsten müsst Ihr die Aktivitäten selbst in der Umgebung erkunden.Der Biohof bietet selbsthergestellte Waren an und den Kreißsaal der Kälbchen konnten wir besichtigen Apri-Mai 23,das war total niedlich. Livemusik von den Muschels war auch Interessant.

Leider wurde nicht Alles wie beschrieben vorgefunden
Das Haus ist wirklich schön und liebevoll eingerichtet, das Wellnessbad ist ein Highlight, insbesondere der Whirlpool, in dem man problemlos mit 2 Personen Platz hat. Auch uns waren die Matratzen zu hart. Leider entsprach die Reinigung des Objekts nicht unseren Vorstellungen, unter dem Sofa war gar nicht gereinigt, dort lagen noch Salzstangen vom Vorgänger, im Flurfenster lagen tote Fliegen, die Küchenfronten waren mit Fettspritzern verziert. Bei der Ankunft wurde uns von einem defekten Bett und Fliegengitter berichtet, was am nächsten Tag repariert werden sollte, bis zu unserer Abreise ist das leider nicht geschehen. Mein Sohn musste das Bett mehrfach am Tag zusammenhauen, damit es nicht auseinanderfiel. Die kaputte Dartscheibe, die schon in einer anderen Bewertung moniert wurde ist immernoch kaputt, dazu lösen sich beim Spielen mit dem Kicker die Gummigriffe, so das kein Spielspaß aufkommt. Warum ist die Dartscheibe immernoch kaputt, wenn das Problem bekannt ist? Als Mieter muss eine Kaution hinterlegt werden, falls Sachen beschädigt werden oder das Haus nicht ordentlich hinterlassen wird. Ich bin für die Einführung einer Vermieterkaution, denn ich habe ein Haus mit Dartscheibe und Kicker gebucht, beides nicht funktionsfähig obwohl das Problem länger bekannt ist. Besonders ärgert mich, dass auch im Schreiben an die Mieter hervorgehoben wird, man müsse sich nur melden, dann würden die Probleme behoben. Das ist einfach unwahr. Auch auf dem Hintergrund des gerade bestehenden Personalmangels kann ich bei dem Preis dafür kein Verständnis aufbringen. Alles in Allem 2000,00 Euro für eine Woche ist hier eindeutig zu viel. Dafür muss einfach Alles in Ordnung sein.
