I was able to arrange for airport pick-up with a single WhatsApp message, and our friendly driver was waiting for us even with a delayed flight. AJ the GM introduced himself on day 1 and checked in on our family to ensure our needs were met. The food was amazing in quality with a wide selection…before arrival, I was worried we might be bored with the menu since there is only one restaurant on property. But we loved every meal and had so many options! The front desk arranged a full day snorkel and swim for my family of 4 with a convenient pick-up at our hotel pier with a private guide. At the same time, they arranged for a perfect 4-hr boat sightseeing afternoon tour for my elderly parents. It was a wonderful day for all! We loved our stay, and this property is a gem.
