"A lot of things went wrong for this booking. The owner kept us aware that we should not say we rented a unit through a website and that we would not be able to go through the main lobby to enter but rather was snuck through the back exit doorway. When we got there it wasn’t even the unit we reserved. Instead of a 2 bedroom unit that was posted we were given a studio unit. They also refused to at least give us some receipt for the deposit and expected us to rely on their word that they would...

"The place is convenient. It is in close proximity to the nearest department stores/groceries and dining places. Joe Galaso was responsive and quick in all our inquiries. Our only concern was using the community pool that was assigned to Tower 3, as it was nasty/dirty and no filtration at all. Despite of paying every time you use it, you do not have the liberty to use the other four pools they have in the complex, for this reason we will consider staying somewhere else next time. "
