"Extremely calm surroundings: we heard bird singing only with our windows opened. Very responsive host: we had a problem with our rental car and got an answer to our message right away. The breakfasts were great: bread, croissants, yaourt , butter, homemade jams, cheese from the area, cake, fruits as well as tea and coffee. the table was prettily set up. Lovely village well situated. All in all we would go back in a second! "

"When I arrived at this property the owner finally answered the door, she said she had no knowledge of my booking. Finally I had to email her a copy of my confirmation. This wasn't made any easier by her statement that "she spoke no English" - the website clearly states multilingual staff. (In fact it later became clear she did speak English). The 'living-room' is actually set out as a shop and did not feel welcoming - I was not invited to use it anyway. The only restaurant in Salives was unable...

Si on passe par le site, c'est pas pour avoir un prix négocié !!!!"

"The property was exactly as described and very comfortable Francoise and Benoit could not have been kinder or more accommodating and we had a wonderful 5 days. It is close to everything one wants to see, all in the most bucolic and beautiful countryside.An additional benefit is "la Pause Rabutin" on the corner, which is a delightful cafe. The property itself is a stone's throw away from chateau Rabutin, well worth a visit. I would be happy to return here at any time!"

"Lovely stay, weather gorgeous - Patrice very helpful. Garden needs a little attention, particularly by the steps. Needs to supply more cups otherwise more than enough utensils and crockery. Advertised as a smoking house but Patrice preferred not."

"L'accueil a été chaleureux. Ils sont bienveillants, disponibles. Petites attentions à l'arrivée dans le logement. Le logement est propre et très fonctionnel.. L'environnement est calme, agréable et joli. Présence d'une marre avec des animaux. Vous avez à votre disposition un petit jardin. Les hôtes ont un chien très gentil qui aime les caresses. Nous avons passés un très agréable séjour. Je recommande.. . "
