Richards property ticked every box for us. The location was ideal, walking distance to Dunsborough town center. Communication with Richard was great, very easy.

Property was great and extremely practical for our stay. Able to join bath path to town and put the car away for the weekend. Great setup with bbq on balcony and 2 separate bathrooms. Would definitely book again.

Great location and nice layout of the house. We did find the bath towels were old and smelt like wet dog straight after using them the first time. Every other time they smelt aswell. We found we couldn’t use the second bathroom area as the washing machine drain pipe was open and venting out, leaving a sewage smell.

The property was well maintained and very well appointed . The setting was quiet and picturesque . There was a problem with access because the 3 steps into the property were quite deep and really required a handrail. I would re omnend .

We stayed off peak so there were very few people around making our stay peaceful and quite. It is walking distance to town where there are a number of different cafes and a great Indian restaurant.

Great villa in Dunsborough
We had 4 days in the villa and ticked all of the box’s. great location just out of town and central to navigate the Margaret river area. Handy to major shops and food places, only 5 minute drive away. Very quiet location. The villa is well looked after, kitchen and bathrooms are modern and clean . Beds are nice and comfortable .Overall we enjoyed our hassle free holiday at the villa, great for a family getaway.
