Come and enjoy a cosy holiday and snuggle up in front of the indoor or outdoor fireplaces, with not a care in the world. A quick walk along the beach into town for a lovely long lunch or why not visit one of the many wineries while staying in our beautiful Southwest.
THE HOUSE
We have a fully equipped kitchen, electric oven and cooktop, and microwave.
The living area has reverse cycle air conditioning for your comfort or enjoy the lovely wood fires to warm the house on those cool winter nights. The second bathroom is located adjacent to the outdoor patio area. The laundry has a washing machine, clothes dryer, and ironing facilities. There is a smart TV, so you are welcome to use your own Netflix ID. This fully renovated home is tastefully decorated and has modern unpolished concrete floors.
The backyard is enclosed. I love the big timber deck patio area. There is a gas BBQ. Plenty of room for the kids to play. NB: We cannot accommodate pets.

Pillows, blankets and quilts are provided at the property. Guests can BYO linen or hire linen for your stay. Linen hire includes sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, hand towels, bathmats, tea towels, and face washers.

6 months to 14 years old $15 per night - NB: Do not enter children as extra people as the VRBO/Stayz program will charge full price. At the time of booking just inform me of your children and I will manually add them onto the booking.
For your comfort, please consider these few things. Just like your home, the house is seasonally and occasionally visited by "nature". While we pest control the house regularly no treatment will ever stop them completely. We supply insect repellent for personal outdoor use and odourless fly killer for indoor use. Our property (and all Quindalup/Dunsborough area) is alongside a vast “Wetland for Wildlife” corridor which means our house may also occasionally also be visited by other wildlife.
Your ID will be required. Also, the names of all guests staying at the house as per City of Busselton requirements for registration.
Check out is 9.55am before 10am. After 3.00pm check in unless otherwise arranged. We will do our best to accommodate your request if we can.
