This brand new, modern bayside property is the perfect place to relax in style & comfort to enjoy your family break-away.
All the region's many sights & offerings are within an easy drive away. Otherwise just stay in to enjoy the beach just across the road, take the kayaks provided down for a paddle, bring bikes to use the accessible bike path to take leisurely rides to the Jetty & CBD.
You can fill your days out & about and come back to enjoy a relaxing drink from the expansive top balcony area.
(There are other units being constructed on this site which has impacted water views)
We also manage another very similar home next door. If you have groups wishing to stay together/close-by please enquire.
Downstairs are the 3 bedrooms, main bathroom with separate toilet, master ensuite bathroom with separate toilet, laundry.
The master bedroom suite has a huge super king size bed and it's own TV plus seamless access to a luxurious open style ensuite bathroom.
Upstairs has the kitchen, meals area, living area with smart TV & Xbox, powder room (the home has a total of 3 toilets) and huge balcony area with BBQ and outdoor furniture for both dining & relaxation.
The kitchen is equipped with all essentials to cook & prepare meals plus dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine. In the laundry there is a washing machine & dryer.
Ducted reverse cycle airconditioning throughout all bedrooms & entire upstairs areas.
Wifi is available.
There is a small secure backyard for the kids to play in and the outside shower with hot water access allows you to wash off comfortably after time in the sun & sand.
Secure parking for 2 cars in the double garage plus 2 more cars behind a secure, private remote gate.
There is a small IGA, fuel, BWS liquor, Fish & Chips, Thai take-away and hairdresser within walking distance. The Busselton CBD & Jetty precinct are only 5 minutes drive down the road.
PLEASE NOTE - There are several security cameras on the exterior of the property. They are on but record the exterior only, the driveway, verge & road for security purposes.

Please note:
-The SERVICE FEE CHARGE incurred in the pricing section is for supply of :
* Full Bath Linens included for the advertised amount of occupants
* Bedding & bed linen for the advertised amount of occupants
* Tea towels
* The property to be cleaned after your departure (we still ask that the home is left tidy so not to require extraordinary cleaning time)
* Our 'Basic Starter' package (see note below for Starter Essentials information)
- Beach towels are NOT included
- We also supply STARTER essentials like tea, coffee, sugar sachets, salt, pepper, spray oil, basic cleaning products, soap bar, bin bag, sponge, washing powder, toilet roll to make your arrival care-free whilst you get time to hit the shops. These are STARTER BASICS only & are not replenished during your stay
- Blankets are made available at the home during colder months
-You can hire porta-cots (Kmart Travel Porta-cot) & high chairs from us for $10 per item. Please let us know upon your booking request if you require. Porta-cots do not come with a foam mattress insert or linen/bedding.
- Maximum number of occupants advertised cannot be exceeded at any time.
- Noise must be kept to a minimum with no disturbance to neighbors. No noise is permitted after 10pm
