The dining area offers a 10 seater table, while the main living area includes a large couch, smart TV, and a cosy wood fire for an abundance of warmth in the winter months. Glass sliding doors can be opened to offer easy inside-outside flow to the outdoor deck on one side, and backyard on the other.
The separate TV room offers a cozy place to relax and unwind with a smart TV.
Guest bedroom downstairs offers a king bed with ceiling fan and built in robe.

Dunsborough town centre is a quick 3 minute drive or 1.5km (approx.) walk where you can enjoy the variety of cafes, restaurants and boutique stores on offer.
