Escape to the upstairs retreat, where two queen bedrooms promise a restful night. In the primary suite, unwind on the window bench after indulging in the ensuite featuring an oval step-up spa bath and shower. Wake up to leafy views from the second queen bedroom, a peaceful hideaway. A separate toilet with a wash basin adds extra convenience to this level. School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.
Exclusive Escapes wishes you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10pm. This house is situated in a quiet residential area. Please be aware that outdoor music is not permitted at any time of day, and that loud or noisy gatherings will not be tolerated with respect to the neighbouring properties.
Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down immediately.
Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in forfeit of your bond and / or possible immediate eviction from the property.
