In the center of this house you will find the main living area and the well-equipped kitchen appointed with a gas cooktop and electric oven, with plenty of preparation space with many stainless worktops, and a central island too.

The main living area, (flooded in natural light allowed in by the large windows), is where you will find the large dining table, to enjoy the evening meal whilst discussing the days' events. Why not then retire before the large screen TV to watch your favorite film or TV show on Netflix or Stan.

The master bedroom in the Eastern wing has a Queen sized bed and enjoys a large en-suite, built-in robe, and a study nook. The other three bedrooms are located in the Western wing, one with a King bed and semi en-suite, with the remaining two bedrooms housing a Queen bed and two bunks. These two remaining bedrooms are also serviced by a full family bathroom and powder room located in the same wing.

Also in the West wing, you will find a small living area, perfect for the children to watch the TV, or the whole family can battle it out for bragging rights at table tennis in the garage.

Extensive decking, large windows and outdoor entertaining areas allow you and your guests to enjoy the native wildlife and stunning wildflower displays throughout winter and spring, making Innisfree the perfect place to stay all year round.

Yallingup beach is one of Australia's original surfing towns and has recently been named Australia's best town! Yallingup Beach may be a longboard mecca, but you'll also find shortboarders and the odd bodyboarder sharing the waves with the local dolphins who surf the waves there too. Sunset and swimming are unforgettable, try the lagoon or ask about the infamous natural spa, aquarium or mermaids pool!

If hiking is your scene, the Cape to Cape track runs in either direction north to south, or walk inland along the Wardanup Trail and end up at the beautiful Ngilgi Cave.
With many Yallingup wineries and the famous Caves House on your doorstep, you don't have to venture far to satisfy your taste buds.

If you do not wish to purchase the linen package, you will need to bring the above. This property is self catering, however a starter pack of toilet paper, hand soaps, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, sponge & bin bags is provided.

School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.

Exclusive Escapes wishes you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10pm.

Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down immediately.
Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in forfeit of your bond and / or possible immediate eviction from the property.
