A renovated Dunsborough gem located in the heart of the town centre.

Just a stones throw from the crystal waters of Geographe Bay, and a short walk to the centre of town, if you are looking for the perfect location, this is it!  Kick off your shoes as you enter the front door into one of two lounge areas. This particular room is perfect for the kids to watch a movie or play a game. The master bedroom is on the left of the front door as you enter and is occupied by an ensuite and walk in robe.

Moving down through the house you are greeted by the large open plan living, dining and kitchen area, recently renovated to encompass the heart of the home. The minor bedrooms are located at the back right hand side of the house and are serviced by the main family bathroom with its original features. An added bonus for those warm summer months is full reverse cycle air-conditioning throughout the house.

You will not be disappointed with the garden space at Dunsborough Bay Retreat! The undercover area with dining table is ideal for those balmy alfresco dinners, and the large grassed area is perfect for you to have a family friendly cricket comp! The kids and your small dog will be securely contained in the fully fenced garden while they have a ball of a time.

If you are bringing a pet, please add the pet fee at the time of booking. Please be aware, you cannot leave your dog unattended at the property, this is a requirement of the local council.

The centrepiece of the backyard is the timber fire place, during winter months feel free to pick up a bag of timber from a local service station on your way in to enjoy the warmth and ambience during your stay. Please always consider fire restrictions before using the fireplace, which can be checked by calling DFES 133 337.

Please note: This property includes all linen and towels. This property is self-catering, however a starter pack of toilet paper, hand soaps, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, sponge & bin bags is provided.

School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.

Exclusive Escapes wishes you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10pm.

Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down immediately.
Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in forfeit of your bond and / or possible immediate eviction from the property.
