Casa Feliz (Spanish for Happy Home) certainly is inspired by the beautiful Mediterranean with its bright and airy feel which lends itself to the perfect relaxing family getaway.

On ascent of the front steps, you will walk onto an expansive balcony with its ocean glimpses, complete with seating and a gas barbeque. Access to the house is from this balcony and once inside you will immediately notice the Mediterranean influence with the bright and airy feel that Casa Feliz offers.

You enter into the living area and the fully equipped kitchen appointed with Gas Cooktop and Electric oven.

The Master bedroom upstairs is complete with a king bed a beautiful large en-suite, where you will awake to some magnificent sunrises. Downstairs you will find bedroom two with it's queen bed, bedroom 3 with two singles and in bedroom four is a double bed and also a tri-bunk.

Also upstairs is a separate living area, which open up to a further first floor balcony which offers beautiful views of Geographe Bay.

You can post your holiday snaps online using the included WiFi , and if you enjoy your movies why not kick back and enjoy a selection of movies or free to air TV on the Fetch TV.

Casa Feliz is located right next to the Meelup A Class Reserve, and at the start/end of the Cape to Cape track.

The linen pack includes the bed made with top & bottom sheets, pillows cases, bathroom towel(s), bathmat, hand and face towel(s). K, Q or D $65, S $35, Twin Bunk $70, Tri Bunk $90. If you do not wish to purchase the linen package, you will need to bring the above.

This property is self-catering, however a starter pack of toilet paper, hand soaps, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, sponge & bin bags is provided.

School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.

Exclusive Escapes wishes you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10pm.

Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down immediately.
Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in forfeit of your bond and / or possible immediate eviction from the property.
