Wilyabrup Vineyard Estate offers you the opportunity to visit an array of wineries and breweries that are all within a stone's throw of your front door. Built with high-quality finishes, these spacious residences offer a perfect blend of modern luxury and natural serenity.
Step inside to a beautifully styled open-plan living area with plush sofas, a cosy slow-combustion fireplace, and large windows framing the stunning outdoor views. The dining area comfortably seats your group, while the fully equipped kitchen boasts a large 900mm oven, gas cooktop, Nespresso coffee machine, and all the essentials to prepare meals with ease. Step onto the covered deck to take in the stunning lake views, enjoy an alfresco meal on the BBQ, or unwind in the outdoor lounge area. After a day exploring the region, rinse off in the refreshing outdoor shower.
Each home features four spacious bedrooms, including two king suites with private ensuites for added convenience. Another shared bathroom with a bath services the remaining rooms, which include a mix of queen and bunk beds designed for children only. Every bedroom is fitted with air conditioning, ensuring year-round comfort, while a dedicated workspace provides a quiet spot for remote work or planning your next adventure.
For added convenience, each home includes a full laundry with a washing machine and dryer, making longer stays effortless, plus double garage parking. A small starter pack of firewood is provided for the fireplace during the winter months. If you require more firewood during your stay, it can be purchased at local service stations and hardware stores.
Please note: The bunk beds have a weight limit and are designed for children only. The property also has unfenced access to deep water, so children must be supervised at all times.
If you are hoping to accommodate larger groups, we also have on offer two additional homes, Charlie Bravo and Lang Chalet, which share the same close-knit estate.
School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.
Exclusive Escapes wishes you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10 pm. This house is situated in a quiet residential area. Please be aware that outdoor music is not permitted at any time of day, and that loud or noisy gatherings will not be tolerated with respect to the neighbouring properties.
Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down immediately.
Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in the forfeit of your bond and/or possible immediate eviction from the property.
