Lovingly named "La Vita Bella" (The Beautiful Life), this immaculately maintained holiday home in central Dunsborough is located just 270m to the town centre and less than 500 m to the beach. Ideally positioned to explore Dunsborough and its dynamic shopping precinct and cafe strip; the sparkling waters and shimmering sands of either Old Dunsborough or Quindalup swimming beaches and the beautiful foreshore recreation areas. Or roam further to the renowned wineries, restaurants and galleries; or wild and dramatic coastlines around the Cape.

La Vita Bella is of classic limestone look brick construction and boasts higher ceilings, easy care tile floors and spacious living zones. It is stylishly yet comfortably furnished.

The living spaces comprises spacious open plan living, dining and kitchen which will certainly be a holiday gathering hub. This area can be closed off via glass doors a large games room perfect for hosting both easy conversation and the more raucous footy watching crowd. The games room directly accesses the alfresco dining and expansive lawn area - just perfect for a game of boche.

The fully equipped kitchen offers dishwasher; 600m gas wall oven; gas cooktop; freestanding island bench and breakfast bar.

Reverse cycle ducted air conditioning is available through the living zones.

There are a plethora of fabulous coffee shops to discover, great boutiques, cafes and wine bars. Youll appreciate the short stroll home after dinner without worrying about driving. Great location and set up
Really enjoyed our stay. There were 9 of us and lots of space to chill out. Shared rooms with beds instead of bunks was great. Pool table and ping pong table were a hit too!

Reviewer Comments: This was our 2nd year in same place for our golf trip and the location was the best.The house itself was clean and a great size to accommodate 8 adults.There is some minor maintenance issues such as exhaust fans needing attention, air conditioner makes a noise which disturbs bedroom 2 from front door, kitchen cupboards feel loose , bbq doesn't fully work as old burners are blocked and need replacement and possibly less grill and more plate area.We will definitely use again unless something better is available.

The location to Dunsborough town centre is fantastic and walking distance, as is the beach, whilst it is also a good location to explore the Dunsborough/Busselton/Margaret River area from. The place is big, tidy and has entertainment for the kids. We also like that it is in a Cul de Sac as it gives the kids a chance to ride their bikes in a relatively safe place with easy superivison. Perfect for our family to get together.

Fabulous House
I've stayed in a lot of holiday houses, but this was my favourite. It had everything we needed for a great stay, and more. SO much room for our family of 2 - 76 yr olds to get together... Loved the games room.....lots of table tennis and pool played. Being so close to shops was also very handy..... Great to have beds and not bunks.... only thing missing was bedside tables and reading lamps in back bedrooms. We all loved our stay!

Great location
Good holiday property, plenty of room for the children, and location was great. The games room and garden were perfect. Weather wasn't good during our stay, and the house felt cold in some areas. Could definitely have made use of extra blankets in the bedrooms, and maybe a couple of throws in the living area. I was also surprised to find cleaning toilets part of the check out conditions.

Great space for the littlies and adults alike. Added bonus was the treasure-trove of board games, books and DVDs. Though I would add an extra TV in the games room as the competing needs of a multi-generational stay meant that someone always missed out.A couple of hiccups with the property - a tap was dripping in one of the en-suites and the hot water in the kitchen wasn't working - were very quickly (45minutes!!!!) attended to by the property manger (JHY) on the first day.House is perfectly situated for a really short stroll to town for coffee (Merchant & Maker yay!) and with our kayaks on trolleys and the littlies down to the beach - 500m in either direction. Means you don't need to jump into the car on every occasion.

Stayed here with another family (4 adults, 4 kids under 6 in total) - it is so well equipped and safe for children, including a noise-proof games room, and lots of board games and toys. 2 master bedrooms each have an ensuite and the 2 kids rooms (each sleeps 4) are at the rear of the house. Open plan living area, 12 seater dining table and comfortable lounge room. Literally a 3 min walk into the centre of Dunsborough. Highly recommend!

Fantastic central location in Dunsborough. Walk to town centre, walk to beach. Clean and well presented house with plenty of space for two families. Fully equipped with all mod cons such as Wifi, Air Con, big BBQ and ping pong table. Comfy beds, quality linen and variety of seating areas. Overall terrific spot.

Great weekend in Dunsborough
This property was so clean and well equipped, great for families. Board games, puzzles, DVD’s, plenty to keep everyone entertained and the park, beach and town all just a very short walk. We loved our stay so much we want to come back!
