"The small house is in a secluded spot with fantastic views of Castiglione and the mountains, both from the terrace as well as the bedroom. The outdoor pool and jacuzzi were a really nice addition. The owners welcomed us with traditional food and wine, which was very unexpected but very welcome when we arrived in the late afternoon. They also provided us with a lot of recommendations regarding both restaurants and fun things to do in the area. We highly recommend the house and plan to be back. "

"Flaviano and his family were the perfect hosts. We spent 2 weeks celebrating my birthday with friends and family at their beautiful villa in the friendly village of Pieve Fosciana. Flaviano is a chef and he prepared several meals for us that were absolutely delicious, using ingredients all from within 1km of the property. We were able to pick ingredients from the garden when we cooked for ourselves. The view from the windows and rooftop terraces are breathtaking. The area is magnificent for exploring numerous small villages and doing walks. There are a couple of nice local restaurants you can reach on foot and many more within 5 minutes drive. Luca makes a wonderful day trip! Thank you Flaviano and family for making my significant birthday celebration very special. "

We immediately fell in love with it and actually changed the next part of our trip in order to spend another night here. It is definitely off the beaten path, but that is what we liked about it. It’s in a charming little village and the building and rooms were great. They were so accommodating. I would ABSOLUTELY stay here again.
