When we booked the hotel, we contacted to let them know we were bringing two pets. They replied saying the pets were ok.
When we checked in, it was pretty simple however once we got to the room, one of the staff came and told us they put us in the wrong room and moved us to another, smaller room because of our pets even though they were on the booking.
The toilet we originally had issues with trying to figure out how to use it as the touch panel appeared to not work though we found a button on the side that would flush.
The bathroom had a musty smell to it the entire time and the inside of the building itself was hot, even hotter than the outside at times, so it did not appear the building had any ac with the exception of the rooms.
The staff were very nice and helpful.
