stay for 2 night in may 2015
Location is excellent, 5min walk to subway station. Behind the hotel is shopping district and restaurants, neaby attractions include jagalchi fish market & many more
Room is small and had smoking smell even though I booked a non-smoking room. No Internet in the room, only available at the lobby. This is big no no to me. The TV is small and old. Picture quality was very poor and almost not watchable. No USB or HDMI ports, so my son cannot watch his movies. This is big no no for my wife and son. The plus points are subway station is right next to the hotel and excellent shopping and restaurants nearby.
The lift is so old that the button for level 1 need great effort to press it. Oversl the hotel is ok.

one night with mom
its location was pretty comfortable for my schedule. very close from Nampo-dong..the main street of downtown Busan, and there are bus stop and subway exit nearby. Facility is kind of old, and I could smell smoking...although we got "non-smoking" room.
Overwelmming smokey smell in all areas of room. Very dated facilities in original part of town. Clean sheets and bathroom. Grumpy but competent staff.
Close to low cost shopping tasty friendly street vendors, apparent red light district.
If have allergies, don't smoke, traveling with kids: book elsewhere where specify non smoking room / floor.
The rooms are very small. The entrance doesn't permit to cross ways for two people. The coffee is very light (economies are done on every single bean, even after we asked to add some more beans). The doors are light and the entrance displayed a gap with the wall, letting cold air flow inside the room. The view from the window is awful: a dirty grey wall at thirty centimetres distance from the room. The TV is a huge 1m LCD screen, making it so weird to watch at fifty cm distance. I do not recommend this hotel, even though it is cheap and the lady at the reception desk was helpful and nice. Add 10€ and go to Bukchon or insadong, except if you have some interest in this specific neighborhood.
The hotel itself is a complete relic. The rooms are kinda dirty and old, but clean enough to not worry about bed bugs or roaches. The bathroom in my Queen room was very "ghetto". The location cant be beat though. Right across the street from Jagalchi Market and nested right in the middle of Busan International Film Festival district. Plenty to eat, see, buy, and do. The rooms are cheaper mid week; they jack the prices up on the weekends. There are plenty of other options in the area, but this is a good last minute option if nothing else can be found.
Very old hotel with yellowish wall with under lighting, just a creepy night. No tea bag too (don't event think of choco). Staffs nice though. Please shop around before get this one, I saw a lot of hotels surround this hotel.
strategic location. Walking distance to metro station & shopping spots. Bus stop for limousine bus to airport is opposite of the hotel. Receptionist able to communicate with simple english.
But the hotel is old & dark. Not a very comfortable stay. If you just need a place to take shower & get some sleep, this hotel can be considered.
