"Tranquil location, well equipped accommodation with beautiful garden overlooking quiet green valley. Easy drive to Recco as a base for trips by train to Cinque Terre and Portofino. Supermarket & fuel 10 minute drive. Small grocery shop in walking distance along with other scenic walks. The owner Adolfo was very helpful. Highly recommended."

"The property was clean in terms of dust, but dirty in terms of everything else. The dishes that were in the cabinets were not clean. There was an awful smell of a dead animal in the walls or something in the bathroom, so the windows had to stay open. The drawers in the dresser had a bad smell and were not clean as well. Would give 3/5 stars just because the view, location, and the terrace were all phenomenal. Also, be warned, there are many steps to get to the place; don't pack a 50lb suitcase...

"Where to begin? The reception of Renato was already really charming and at ease, we immediately liked the house we would stay in. It has everything you need, including a washing machine, mosquito machines and blinds to keep out the heat. The little apartment is located in the garden of Renato and his wonderful family. "Sehr schwierig und ohne Begleitung eines Guards nicht zu finden. Lage aber wunderschön. Küche könnte sauberer sein. Küchenausstattung, z.B. Geschirr, Gläser, Besteck sehr einfach. Die Wohnung ist angeblich für 8 Personen, es gibt aber nicht einmal 4 gleiche Tassen, eher Studentenbudenniveau. Betten sehr einfach. Man kann für wenig Geld die Ausstattung wesentlich verbessern. Balkonmöbel nicht ausreichend und sehr basic. Lage und Assicht vom Balkon wunderschön."

"Avoid at all costs! The house was unlivable throughout our stay of ca one week. There is a long ongoing full-blowout construction work of the second half of the building (two ”apparments”). They work all day for six days a week and the noice level is for most of the day 93 db, that is too loud to speak to each other, hear your own thoughts and obviously to put children to sleep. Novasol are not bothered. Secondly the house is located 1 m from the railway. Traffic is intense including freight...
