Welcome to our charming 5-bedroom cottage in the heart of Hoar Cross, Staffordshire. Our property has just undergone a fabulous renovation with an exciting new garden area with hot tubs and we've updated all bedrooms and living spaces.
Nestled amidst the tranquil Staffordshire countryside, our cottage offers a perfect blend of history and modern comfort. Dating back to 1850, this quaint cottage features a spacious living room with a wood burner, a dining room that can seat 8 guests, and a snug space for relaxation. The well-equipped kitchen, complete with a kitchen table for 6, is perfect for family cooking and baking adventures.
On the ground floor, you'll also find a shower room with a WC and a separate toilet for your convenience.
Upstairs, the main house boasts 3 beautifully renovated rooms with king-size beds, 1 room with 2 comfortable singles, and a shared bathroom. Additionally, we provide a travel cot and a high chair for families with small children and we are able to offer a single sofa bed on the landing space.
For larger groups or those seeking a bit more privacy, a separate building, just a short 10-meter stroll through our charming garden, houses a spacious bedroom with a king-size bed and a double sofa bed, accommodating up to 4 guests. Please note that this room uses the main house for bathroom facilities.
The Garden: Our newly renovated outdoor space is the highlight of our property. It features two luxurious hot tubs nestled within modern pergolas, complete with LED lighting and waterproof blinds. The roof can be opened or closed depending on the weather, ensuring year-round enjoyment. An outdoor dining area that seats 10-14 guests surrounds a built-in fire pit, perfect for cozy evenings under the stars.
Beyond the hot tub oasis, our garden boasts a herb garden, apple trees, and a BBQ for your culinary adventures. With ample space for outdoor fun, it's the perfect backdrop for unforgettable moments.

Pet-Friendly: We warmly welcome your furry family members! Our pet-friendly policy allows up to 4 dogs to stay for a small additional cleaning fee. While we may be able to accommodate additional dogs, we want to ensure we can make arrangements that are comfortable for both you and your pets.
Our cottage offers a secure garden where your pets can roam and play safely. In addition to the garden, there are also fantastic walks in the local area that are perfect for dogs. Jacksons Bank, just nearby, offers a picturesque 45-minute walk, which is loved by both families and their four-legged friends.
For your convenience, we provide water and feeding bowls to keep your pets comfortable during their stay. Additionally, we offer pet-friendly towels, ensuring your pets are well taken care of if you happen to forget any essentials.
