"The room was clean and tidy, staff were very polite and helpful. I didn't realise breakfast was included which was an additional bonus and was very nice. Slept really good on a very comfortable bed. The only thing to let it down was the shower pressure not being very strong. I will be staying here again."

"Smashing one night stop for work. Friendly staff, clean comfortable room, ample parking (I was in a 16-passenger seat minibus) and smashing food. Buses from directly outside, only 20 minute drive from central Bath. Highly recommend!"

"My wife and I visited for a show in town, and the hotel was in a great location for accessing the town centre. The decoration was unique and really pleasant, the bathroom was lovely, and the bed was very comfy. We also really enjoyed having keypads to access both the building and room so we didn’t have to worry about keys/cards."

"Really beautiful Gloucestershire..oldy world style property...nicely modernised....however....bathroom needed a bit more attention....radiator rusty and looking tatty...cracks in the plaster...actually the cracks are good..totally an age thing..so I am saying thats a positive!!!!.The loo seat was well loose though.... had a fab evening meal...great food .....great cooking....and great service..Anna is an absolute star here...introduced me to my room.... served dinner...a fabulous, attentive ,...

"Very friendly personal welcome - very personal touches - definitely worth staying - very rural. Definitely value for money and with a shared bathroom (there was 2 between 4 rooms getting access to a bathroom was never an issue). Would definitely stay again."

"Decor is tired and dated. Bed linen, surfaces and crockery was clean but the stair carpets were very worn and room corners and skirting very dusty and grubby. Toilets need a good clean round the bend but seats were clean. Cooked breakfast good but only 2 cereals to choose from, no choice or brown or white toast and no tea available at breakfast. "The apartment is in a very good location, everything is central. Easy access to the apartment and it has all the essentials you’d need. However, there was no air con in the room which we felt we needed as the weather outside was really warm. Other than that, it was perfect! "
