Welcome to our 4 star apartment Maria Waldblick-the holiday tip for young and old in every season. To Legoland about 15 minutes.
We welcome our guests with a donuts, tea and coffee - the table is set for you.
Meadows and woods are nearby, ideal for children.
Our approximately 90m ² modern 4 star **** apartment consists of living-dining room, living room, 2 bedrooms, storage room, large bathroom with bath and shower cabin u. Covered balcony with great views.
In addition, a toilet with sink.
Each room is with electric. Roller blinds and fly screen and socket fuse equipped.
In the children's room there is a great loft bed and 1 single bed -Place for 3 beds for children are covered.
Our guests especially praise the quiet location of the house and the comfortable, spacious and modern furnished apartment.
Flat screen TV and internet, DVD player and a log burner wood included.
Smoking is allowed on the covered balcony.
You can rent bikes for free from us. Playground in the garden.
For small and large, we like to light a campfire.
Massages are possible in the house, at absolutely affordable prices back massage 20 € - also mitbuchbar-

Gute Ferienwohnung, aber ggf. für Familien mit Kleinkindern nicht geeignet
Die Ferienwohnung hat wie beschrieben für 5 Personen ausreichend Platz. Alles war sauber und gepflegt. Es gab kostenfreie Getränke für den Start. Die Einrichtung ist rustikal, aber passend. Die Nähe zum Legoland und anderen Ortschaften ist gut und praktisch. Für Familien mit Kleinkindern ist die Unterkunft jedoch ggf. nicht geeignet. Unsere Kinder sind zeitig wach und bewegen sich, wie nun Mal alle Kinder das machen. Wir sind keine laute Familie, aber spielen miteinander und sind lebendig. Die Eigentümerin wohnt im EG und hat sich mehrfach über die lauten Schritte meiner Kinder beschwert. Fast jeden Tag haben wir etwas unternommen und waren daher hauptsächlich morgens und abends in der Wohnung, also kaum vor Ort. Wenn man die Wohnung für Familien vermietet, muss man unserer Ansicht nach damit zurechtkommen. Ebenso gab es ein paar Missverständnisse bzgl. ausgelegter Infozettel in der Wohnung, welche laut Vermieterin im Winter überarbeitet werden sollen. Hier hätten wir uns mehr Kompromissbereitschaft gewünscht, da es letztendlich nicht unser Fehler gewesen war.

Erholsame Tage in ruhiger Umgebung
Mein Sohn und ich verbrachten eine knappe Woche in der Ferienwohnung von Familie Dirr. Die Wohnung war sehr großzügig, hell und freundlich geschnitten und durch den überdachten Balkon konnten wir bei jedem Wetter draußen essen oder Spiele spielen. Die Wohnung selbst war hervorragend ausgestattet, sei es mit Spielen, sehr vielen Prospekten und Anregungen für Ausflüge und vieles mehr. Bei Ankunft wurden wir mit einem gedeckten Tisch und einem Eis begrüßt. Auch während des Aufenthaltes war Frau Dirr sehr gastfreundlich und half, wenn nötig, sofort (Stichwort Legoland-Ticket drucken 😉). An Ausflügen können wir natürlich das Legoland empfehlen, die Charlottenhöhle, das Waldbad Günzburg und auch die Krimiwanderung in Thannhausen. Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen und und bedanken uns bei Familie Dirr für die wundervollen Tage. Viele Grüße Familie Wilke

Das Ferienhaus ist neu und in einem sehr guten Zustand. Wer Natur liebt und Ruhe sucht ist hier gut aufgehoben. Sonst sind Ausflüge in die Umgebung auch empfehlenswert.

Liebevoll gepflegte FeWo mit super Ausstattung
Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt, die Wohnung ist top eingerichtet. Unser Hauptziel war das Legoland (15 min) aber auch das Donaubad ist sehr empfehlenswert.

Tolle Ferienwohnung
Wir wollen nur 4 Tage bleiben, aber es war so toll und es gab so vieles zu entdecken da sind wir 8 Tage in dieser tollen Ferienwohnung geblieben. Für Familien nur zu empfehlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Super Ferienwohnung
Die Vermieter waren sehr nett. Die Wohnung groß genug für eine Familie mit 3 Kindern. Voll ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Auch war der Tisch für das Frühstück bereits sehr nett gedeckt. Gute Anbindung an die Autobahn und in 15-20 Minuten im Legoland.

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage
Der Empfang ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Die Wohnung ist in einer ruhigen, ländlichen Umgebung. Sehr sauber und sehr gut eingerichtet. Für die Kinder steht im Garten ein Trampolin bereit und in der Wohnung hat es diverse Spielsachen. Ideal gelegen um einen Ausflug ins Legoland nach Günzburg (ca. 15 Min. mit dem Auto)und Ins Steiff Museum nach Giengen (ca. 30 Min. mit dem Auto) zu unternehmen. Die Wohnung ist zum weiter empfehlen.
