I Tried to call your call center but the computer said to me that we could not speak to the call center until Monday. Than we chatted someone from your website than they called us . but if we don t speak English we could not communicate with someone. "Never have been in an hotel with so bad cleaning. The room was dirty and they left papers in the floor, really dirty, the bedsheets was in very poor condition and did not change, they do not clean the bathroom. The waiterrs did not speak a word of English and did not want to understand or help you, verybad actitude, very expensive hotel for this horrible service"
