Отель оставил неизгладимые впечатления... Все четыре дня пребывания мы с боем доказывали что бронь оплачена , но ни наличие чека и самой брони их не убеждало. Каждое утро начиналось с выселения и созвона с hotel/com.Отель требовал оплату на месте , так как деньги они не видели , и совершенно другую сумму , чем заявлено на сайте. Только в последний день перед выездом они наконец-то разобрались. Номер был грязный и очень прокуренный, одно покрывало на двоих, еле допросились второго.

günler önce rezervasyon yapıp parayı ödememize rağmen oraya vardığımızda sözleşmeyi iptal ettiklerini otel sitesinden Herhangi bir para alamadıklarını ve bizi kabul edemeyeceklerini söyleyip bizi odaya almadılar. Üstelik bu durumu bize önceden haber vermediler ve biz çok uzak bir mesafeden gelip resmen ortada kaldık. Otelin sözleşmeyi iptal ettiği siteyi arayıp durumumuzu bildirdiğimizde ' otel bize size bir günlük bir konaklama sağlayacaklarını söylediler bir günlük parayı otele yatırıp geri kalanını size ödeyecektik ' dediler otele geri dönüp bunları söylediğimizde çok kaba bir tavırla karşılandık. Bize bir çok yalan söyleyip başlarından atmak istediler ve daha sonrasında da bizi otelden kovdular. Bizi hem mağdur ettiler hem saygısızca davrandılar.Üstelik biz orada beklerken parasını peşin ödeyip odasının ne zaman temizleneceğini soran insanlarada saygısızlık yapıp bağırdılar.Personellerin bir birinden haberi yok herkes ayrı telden çalıyordu.kesinlikle uzak durun asla gitmeyin
