"The bed created a problem for us. We had to be up early the next for a meeting my husband had. Kept hearing something like trash containers being emptied. My husband finally realized it was our bed. It had a metal frame. Every time you turned over or got out of bed it made that noise. Very irritating and made for a lack of sleep."

"It was clean when entering but the location of the room and the lobby area made it to where it was hard to rest. We were dealing with a death and really wanted to relax. There were kids out until past 11 PM and unfortunately kids playing in banging on our door while sleep. Then out playing football and soccer at 7am in the lobby.
