When I first walked in, I felt a warm embrace.

When I first walked in, I felt a warm embrace. I love the character and charm of this lovely Wee Hoose. A mix of tradition with modern living.. 6 steps to entrance.
Lower Ground Floor:
Kitchen: Freeview TV, Breakfast Area, Electric Oven, Electric Hob, Fridge/Freezer, Washing Machine
Bathroom: Bath With Shower Over, Toilet
Separate Toilet.
Ground Floor:
Living/dining room: Smart TV, Open Fire
First Floor:
Bedroom: Double (4ft 6in) Bed, Freeview TV. Partial electric heating (underfloor in kitchen and bathroom), electricity, bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and fuel for open fire included. . On road parking. No smoking.. This three-storey 18th century, Grade B listed property is full of character and period features. You will love to relax in this cosy cottage with all of today’s mod cons. The Wee Hoose welcomes you as soon as you walk through the front door. The living room has a beautiful Victorian coal fire to sit by in the colder months, Smart TV player, two lovely comfy armchairs and a two-seater sofa. At the other end of the living room you can sit and enjoy a meal at the dining table or bring your laptop and catch up with some work in total peace and quiet.
Downstairs on the lower ground floor you will find a bright and large fully equipped kitchen with underfloor heating, leading to the separate toilet, and bathroom with its overhead shower. In the kitchen you will discover a small door leading out on to the street which they used to bring in the coal. They still do! The spacious master bedroom can be found on the first floor with a double bed, TV, and lovely views to the rear of the property of some well-kept gardens. It should be noted that the toilet and bedroom are separated by two flights of stairs and therefore this home may not be appropriate for the elderly or infirm.
Although there is no central heating in The Wee Hoose, it offers a fantastic open coal fire, with free coal, on the ground floor. There is underfloor heating downstairs and there are electric fan heaters for each room should you need them. This cute Wee Hoose is set in a peaceful private position within a short walk to a beautiful sandy beach which is part of the stunning Fife Coastal Path. Also within walking distance is the Kinghorn Golf Club, a public course with spectacular views over the Firth of Forth. Located in the historic coastal village of Kinghorn, it is surrounded with plenty of activities and beautiful towns to explore. St Andrews, Edinburgh, Stirling and Perth are all within easy reach.
Kinghorn Loch is nearby where you can enjoy watersports and open water swimming or visit the surrounding Binn Wildlife Conservation Area stretching from Craigencalt to The Binn at Burntisland which forms a traffic-free area for walker’s cyclists’ horse-riders and bird and nature watchers to discover.
