Welcome to Hill House Cabin located in the heart of the Wolf Laurel community, home to the Hatley Point Mountain Boutique & Ski Resort. PLEASE NOTE: The Ski Resort formerly known as Wolf Laurel Ski Resort now (Hatley Pointe Ski Resort) is under reconstruction and will not be open or available for guest use until winter 2024, as of now that is the expected opening date. If you are looking to reserve the cabin to ski please contact us first to make sure there hasn't been any delay in the grand reopening of the ski resort / slopes.

Interested in healthier accommodations? Wonderful! We cater to those who can not tolerate typical cleaning chemicals and/or synthetic fragrance and welcome those searching for environmentally safer travel lodging. In order to maintain status, all guests must agree to participate in our synthetic scent free approach.
We strive to keep our home synthetic scent-free by cleaning with natural products (7th Generation) or (Water, Distilled Vinegar and Baking Soda) and avoiding chemical pesticides etc. as much as possible. We ask that guests refrain from using products containing synthetic scent while in residence.
This is a scent-free zone, meaning the cabin is not sprayed with fragrances or strong chemicals, and everything used in the space is natural. If you're chemically sensitive, this is the right spot for you! We kindly ask that guests refrain from using products containing synthetic scent while in residence. We do not allow the use of candles, air fresheners, invents, room sprays, strongly synthetically scented body care products, perfumes, colognes or any other type of synthetic products so that we can keep the space accessible for those with any types of sensitivities.
We ask that you not bring or use any of the products mentioned above while at our property. We ask you to kindly reserve elsewhere if this isn't possible.

****About our Cabins****
You are reserving a luxury vacation cabin with Pristine Vacation Rentals, the top vacation rental company in the area with 100% customer satisfaction and five star reviews across the board from VRBO, Flipkey etc…A few days prior to your arrival you will receive the cabins address, check-in/check-out instructions, door entry codes, wifi codes, house and property information as well as local suggestions of things to experience. If you reserved the property directly from our website you will receive this information in an email. If reserved the property through a third party platform such as VRBO, Flip Key, etc... They will provide you with this information. When reserved through VRBO the information will be sent to you the message thread where you booked the property and received your reservation confirmation message as well. Please respect the neighbors and clean up after yourselves.
GUESTS ARE EMAILED CODE TO ACCESS, DRIVING DIRECTIONS AND INFORMATION REGARDING THE PROPERTY. PRIOR TO ARRIVAL, NO OFFICE VISIT TO PICK UP KEYS!

This is a SMOKE FREE environment! Please don't smoke in the cabin. If you choose to smoke outside please dispose of your cigarette butts.
PHONE SERVICE: Cell phone reception is generally good, but it can be spotty at times. We are in the mountains.
CHILDREN: This house is not child-proofed for young children. There are also no accommodations for babies.
SUPPLIES: Groceries and supplies are available within 5 to 10 miles, but we suggest guests bring what they may need for immediate use so they can stay and relax on the property for their first meals, if so desired.
NO SMOKING POLICY due to guest and owner allergies. You will be charged an extra cleaning fee of $200 if you smoke inside the cabin. If you smoke outside please dispose of your cigarette butts properly.

**INFO ABOUT THE RESORT & CABIN**
**Please note you Do Not have access to Golf as the homeowner is not a member of the golfing membership**
**Please Note : There is also a small general store called Wolf Provisions General Store. They have a small sandwich shop in there along with pretty much anything you would need during your stay.
Also, if you’re looking for some R&R outside of the cabin. There is another shop right beside of the general store, called Boundless Body. They offer facials, massages, Mani/ Pedis, Reiki and waxing.
Please Note: Wolf Laurel Homeowners Association does not allow guest to bring their motorcycles*
PLEASE NOTE: There are security cameras at the front door and the outside downstairs basement door. These are only for the owner to keep an eye on their property when it’s vacant. Cameras are motion detected and record for 20 secs when they detect motion, they also have audio.
