I received clear communication in the run up to booking, but different checking in and out times to those on hotels.com!?! There was no TV signal and the fridge was set at a level at which everything in it froze. Add to that, this was the first time we've ever stayed in accommodation without WiFi or towels being provided - both points which could have been clearer in the listing and should have been reflected in the nightly price."
