"The apartment that I stayed is not sea-viewing. The apartment has clear sign of require maintenance. What frustrated me most is that Regency Apartments charged my card eventhough I have already fully paid to Hotels.com. The rational from Regency Apartments is that they could not charge against Hotels.com. But this is not my issue. End up I am double charged and require follow up for my refund which I do not even know how long it will takes. Felt being penalised as a customer when the issue...

"DO NOT STAY AT THIS PROPERTY! It looks nothing like the pictures. Both showers only had burning hot water. There are paper thin walls with neighbors screaming constantly. We had to step over a girl sleeping on the sidewalk to get out of the property one night. The entire place smells like mold and is filthy. There were dirty dishes, no soap or trash bags, and only 2 towels when we checked in. We contacted the property. They apologized for “the mistake” but never came by to fix anything. I have...

"We really enjoyed our stay at this flat. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The beds were comfy, and the place felt very homey. Everything went smoothly with check-in and check-out, and the host was easy to communicate with. We’d happily stay here again!"

"Located on one of the main streets there are plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. The only thing missing from this two bedroom apartment is dedicated parking which can be tricky if you want free parking or expensive for paid parking (the cheapest we found was directly behind the apartment and was 2 overnight and 1.90 per hour between 7:30 am and 7pm or 24.8 per day)"

"We (3) stayed here while carrying out work locally.The apartment was clean, cosy and everything we needed. Unfortunately we didn't have time to explore the local area, we just knew the way to work sit and back and there was plenty of takeaways and supermarkets along the way. "This place is amazing. Has everything we needed for a lovley Christmas break. Close to the water, pubs, and in a quiet area. So clean very comfortable, modern bathroom was amazing shower was exceptional. Nice touch of tea, coffee sugar as well as washing liquid all those kittle touches that made a difference. You wont be disappointed booking here. Owner David was a great help, any time i messages he was swift to reply."
