"Apartment is in a great location close to beach & attractions. Staff were welcoming & friendly and let us check in 2 hours early which was appreciated as it was raining. Apartment is well presented but very grubby and dated. Found the room & pillows to smell of grease/cooked food, carpet was filthy & beds were so uncomfortable we cut the trip short by a night. Overall not the worst place I have stayed, but definitely not worth the money & won’t be returning."

My room looked out on the road; at first I thought it would be too noisy but the double glazing was very effective at blocking the sound. Good information eg clearly labelled light switches. Easy to use door seduriry with codes. I was delighted to be able to leave my luggage between check-out and train departure. Very convenient for station, town, restaurants, church. "Our 3rd stay at Jasmine Cottage and 6th visit to Norfolk. Would have been more but for Covid restrictions. My friend and I (and a dog each) love the cottage and area. For us it’s perfect, long walks on the beach then short walk to the pub. The cottage is homely, dog friendly and has everything you need Which is why we keep coming back! "
