This newly constructed, single-level home is situated on 1-acre on the highly sought after open water of the Colorado Arm of Lake LBJ. Relax on the large, concrete patio that overlooks the infinity pool and watch the boats go by. Or spend your time swimming or fishing off of the newly constructed boat dock. Or maybe just laze the day away on your personal Adirondack chair on the upper party deck of the boat dock and feel like part of the action without even getting wet.

But the best way to truly enjoy a lakeside vacation is to check out the lake by boat and do we ever have you covered there!! None of our competitors even come close to what we offer — a brand new, 24’ top of the line, luxury-level pontoon boat with a 225 HP SHO Yamaha engine. This is not your grandfather’s pontoon boat! This is a beautiful home. It had something to do for everyone. The pool was beautiful. We all enjoyed river and double deck. We caught fish on the Colorado River, the deck was so wonderful. The kitchen is fully furnished with everything you need (my family are cooks) the gas bbq was great! The game was perfect. We cant wait to go back for another family vacation.

This house worked great for our family vacation to Lake LBJ. The house was spacious and very nice inside and out. The waterfront was nice along with the deck above the boat stalls. Todd was very responsive to all my questions. We will definitely consider staying here again.

Perfect Family Vacation Spot
This is the second time we have rented this beautiful lake house. The house is super for our three generations. Adults enjoy morning coffee on the porch while the grandkids hop into the pool where we can watch their antics. Lake access is super with a comfy observation deck above the dock ! A perfect place to enjoy our family of 10 adults & 6 kiddos. Lake trip 2023 is in the books. We look forward to next year already!!!

The house was perfect for our family. The view from the the moment you walk through the door was gorgeous. Loved lounging in the pool watching boats go by. Everything was convenient and accessible. The advantage of this property is that it is in an area without water "weeds" and was deep enough to jump off the deck. Luxurious lake living at it's finest.

Super clean and spacious home with amenities galore! Board games, outdoor games, basketball in pool, kayaks, game room with table tennis and shuffle board and a boat! Kitchen and bath had everything needed to have a great time. My family made some amazing memories here and we would definitely come again. “WE HAD A BLAST!!!!!”
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were a family of 16. Me, my husband, 3 daughters and their husbands AND 8 grandchildren aged 4-12. This place had everything you could think of to do!! The boat on sight was wonderful. Lovely pool, great game room and all the the puzzles and games for the kids. Todd and wife Camille we’re so easy to work with. Beautiful house and yard and the dock too. And all the comforts of home! I would recommend this place to anyone with a big family.

Fun for all ages!
We were pleasently surprised that this house was all it said it would be on the VRBO site. Todd was very available and helpful for every questions. The house was clean and we loved everything about it! So much to do and fun for all our ages, 3 to 63! We also really like the convenience of renting the boat. And we enjoyed the kayaks and all the other toys too. The grandkids raved about what fun they had and want to come again! We can see that you took extra time and effort to make this house a home for all who come for a stay.

Stunning Lake Property!
This is the perfect house for a family getaway! Big and spacious enough for everyone and never a dull moment. We spent our family Christmas vacation here and we could not have asked for anything more, except maybe warmer weather. The house has something for everyone. The game room was perfect for watching bowl games while playing pool or foosball. The putting green was so much fun and the dock was gorgeous! Our family has already started looking at dates for this summer because the pool and lake are gorgeous. You will absolutely not be disappointed!

Definitely a Five Star Lake House
My family spent Memorial Weekend at this perfect house located right on Lake LBJ. We have rented in this area several times in the past, but this was the best house we have ever had the pleasure of staying in. Communication with the owners was friendly, easy and straightforward. The house had everything we needed -- comfortable and very roomy bedrooms with great bedding and Direct TV, a fully stocked kitchen, and lots of room for gathering. The separate game room, which could actually be used as another bedroom with a small bathroom, offered shuffleboard, a pool table/ping-pong table, and foosball, We spent many hours in the fabulous heated infinity edge pool overlooking the lake and cruising around in the pontoon boat. We are already looking forward to our next stay.

Amazing home...photos don't do it justice
We rented this home for a weekend getaway with extended family to celebrate my husband's 50th birthday. We had a group of 15 and there was more than enough room for everyone. The home is equipped with high end amenities including a rain shower in the master, remote controlled drapes which was nice, ambient lighting everywhere, a warming tray in the kitchen which was so convenient with our large group and the list goes on. The pool wasn't warm enough to enjoy but we had a great time on the pontoon. Sonos system was so enjoyable we bought one for our home. Game room was nice too! Bunk room was a hit with the younger family members. Highly recommend this property. One suggestion would be to provide a floorplan of the home on the web site as we were a bit confused on the set up with bathrooms and bedrooms. We will definitely be back.

A safe haven in an unprecedented storm
We rented the house for the long holiday weekend hoping to capitalize on a mild weather Texas weekend and maybe take the pontoon boat out for a spin or swim in the heated pool. Then along came Uri followed by Viola and we found ourselves in a bit of a bind. The house was our refuge for what turned into a weeks stay. We had bouts of power and water outtages. Todd and Camille were in constant contact and so gracious to let us extend our stay by several days due to being stranded. The many bedrooms, lovely appointed baths and cozy fireplace and modern kitchen all provided tremendous comfort. Plenty of blankets to go around. The view was beautiful even covered in snow and ice. It’s a great retreat even when stranded. Wonderful homeowners who generally care about the people who rent which is very refreshing. Thank you Todd and Camille. We hope to come back in the warmer months and really utilize your lovely home!!

What a Great Place to Relax and Enjoy Lake LBJ
Todd & Camille were easy to communicate with. The house was easy to find and there was ample parking for 3-4 vehicles if needed. You walked into an open room for the family room and dining area with a view to the pool and beyond that is Lake LBJ. The patio area is shaded with a large screen TV for easy viewing while sitting on an L shaped couch. The pool is just steps away which has an infinity edge facing Lake LBJ. The pool depth is 3.5 to 4.5ft which was ideal for the younger children and lounging by the adults. There is an assortment of pool games and lawn games to meet everyone’s needs for friendly competition. Down by the lake there are kayaks and other water toys to use on the lake. Above the boat dock is a shaded patio with table and chairs and a jump platform about 20ft above the lake. The platoon boat was great and the kids enjoyed being pulled while sitting in the large tube. The house was roomy to handle 3 families with kids. The bunk room had its own bathroom which made it easy for the children. The master suite had a view to the lake and a large bathroom with shower and 2 sinks. The other 2 bedrooms were on opposite side of house and shared a large bathroom. One bedroom had direct access to the patio/pool area. The kitchen had modern appliances and well stocked with cooking items and assortment of spices. The garage was a game room included a second fridge/freezer, a foosball table, a ping pong table (over a billiard table), & shuffle board table.

Spectacular
My husband and I stayed at this lovely place with our grown children and had a blast. It is like staying at a small resort. We enjoyed all the fun amenities (pontoon boat, fishing, game room, the lovely pool and the pool games). The kitchen was fully equipped and the house was very comfortable. The stars were beautiful and the sunsets were amazing. We are looking forward to our next visit.

Perfect Vacation House
Myself and children and their families stayed for a long weekend at the house. The place was great! It had everything anyone could need for a family vacation!! We all loved the pool, fishing off the dock, jumping off the deck on the dock and tubing and boating! The house was great with nice comfortable beds and plenty of room for everyone. We are hopeful to stay again next year!!

Great Lake House
This was an amazing place for our multi generation family trip. We space for the multiple families on the trip and we all enjoyed the pool and all of the lake toys. The outdoor kitchen got a lot of use and the umbrella in this area was a great help to keep our cooks cool in the hot summer sun!!
