Casa Del Lago at Buchanan is located in Texas Hill Country on the beautiful Lake Buchanan in Burnet, Texas. This waterfront home is only 1 hour from Austin Texas and 2 hours from San Antonio, Texas. You and your party can enjoy gorgeous sunsets from one of the spacious patios while listening to the waves lap against the shoreline. Or take a dip in the lake from our floating dock with sun-deck.

The property is a walking distance from Vanishing Texas River Cruises, 3 miles from Canyon of the Eagles & Eagle Eye Observatory and 7 miles from Spider Mountain Bike Park.

Soft breezes and the gentle sound of water lapping at the shore make the outside deck an inviting place to view beautiful natural surroundings by day, as well as the perfect spot to watch the brilliant stars and dazzling moon on clear nights.

Vaulted ceilings and a private, spacious layout create a tranquil atmosphere inside the house. The airy living room invites lounging in the comfortable sitting area or reading a good book by the wood-burning fireplace and taking pleasure in the sweeping views of the water below.

Our beautifully decorated guest rooms serve as a serene oasis for a restful night’s sleep in luxurious linens and Queen-size memory foam mattresses. Before retiring for the night, enjoy the stars one more time as you gaze out the many windows throughout the house.

This home is just around the corner from the Vanishing Texas River Cruise and Canyon of the Eagles. By boat, you can get to the magnificent waterfalls on the Colorado River and see the soaring eagles within a few minutes of leaving the dock.

While staying at Casa Del Lago, bring your boat and tie off at the new, spacious floating dock. Or rent one of our watercraft! Its easy to add a 1/2 day fishing charter to catch some fresh striped bass for dinner. Or rent a wakeboard boat (with captain) (ask for details)

Great Location
Stayed over the July 4 holiday for our twins birthday. Excellent house on a small cove, very relaxing. Witnessed a ton of fireworks from houses surrounding, was great sitting on the wrap around porch and watching the lake. Road to house is a little tight if you were to bring a boat trailer, I was able to contact a local guy who owned a few storage lots in the area and left my trailer on his place for a small fee, much easier. Launched at Burnet County Park and had my boat in the house slip for the week. Excellent time, highly recommended!

Amazing Lake House
The lake house was perfect, we had a fabulous time. So nice being right on the water and access to the boat dock. Beautiful sunrise and sunset views. We will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful peaceful on g weekend at th elake
We absolutely loved the house. It was spotless and so comfortable. The ping pong table was an extra bonus. We hung out out the dock playing in the water and took the vanishing river nature cruise. Stacy was the best host - I loved the pre arrival info with suggestions on things to do. she really was the nicest host we have ever had. I forgot my charger and she made the extra effort to return to me. If you are looking for a peaceful beautiful get away this is the spot!

Beautiful Lake House
This property was everything I was hoping for and met our needs to a T. I promised my daughter I would take her and a couple friends on a "staycation" for some summer jetskiing fun. The lake house is secluded enough where you feel you are on vacation yet close enough to everything you need - gas, boat launch, grocery store. The house was very clean and the layout was exactly what I was looking for.. kids had the lower area to hang out, I had the upstairs to myself and we all met on the middle floor for eating and watching late night movies. The view... BEAUTIFUL!! I thoroughly enjoyed sitting out on one of the many seating areas just to relax and enjoy the view. If you are a star gazer, you will be thrilled with how many you can see at night! Stacy made the reservation/rental process super easy and was readily available to answer all of my questions. I will definitely be back and look forward to switching it up for an adult girls only trip :)

Beautiful house with great views! The house was clean, nicely furnished and comfortable. There was plenty of room for two families. The downstairs bunk room was a big hit with the kids! Highly recommend!

It was a great place to celebrate family birthdays. The only complaint I might have is that there were not enough dishes for the number of guests the house accommodates. We will definitely recommend to friends and plan to stay again in the future.

Spectacular lake getaway!
Beautiful home with access to the water via the spotless floating dock in nice deep water cove. 3 separate bedrooms plus rec area in basement with dartboard as well as pingpong table that has 2 sets of bunks. Never heard anything from anybody else in secluded cove made for a perfect relaxing getaway! Owners were so amazing and responsive through entire rental process. Already wanting to go back!

Charming House on Lake Buchanan
My family and I spent the weekend at this property. It is located between the Vanishing River Cruise and the Canyon of the Eagles. It is a newer property. The house was well stocked and decorated very well. The front porch was awesome with great views of the sunset and the lake. The boat dock was a nice added feature. Overall, a great place to stay.
