"Great location, especially for exploring the Bellingham and Mount Baker areas. The vacation home is right next to the main house, which you can't quite see in the pictures, so it was a bit odd at first, but we never saw or heard anyone (and hopefully they did not hear us!). Amenities are cute, but small. Did appreciate squeezing a king-size bed in the space. And for two people, the kitchen, bathroom, and living space is perfect. "There was a personal injury which prevented our use of the property. The owner refuse to reschedule even with a doctors notice. If you book this place, make sure you don't have an act of God that presents you from making your reservation. "

"Quiet and cozy stay for the weekend. Well stocked kitchen and extras like games and books. Hot tub was great after a day outside. Felt private and comfortable. "

"It was quiet and beautiful. The cabin is definitely rustic, although has all the amenities you want, (wifi, dishwasher, etc.) There is a gorgeous nature preserve close by, and I took walks and did an enormous jigsaw puzzle while feeling like I was in a treehouse. "

Great choice!

"We lost power due to a windstorm and decided to head for the hills. We booked our trip last minute. This was our first Time at the property and we will definitely be back! The breakfast food was surprisingly good and had variety. The toiletries were really nice. All in all a GREAT trip! The ONLY thing we would have changed was the bed. The mattress was soft for us. Not a deal breaker but we were a lottlencreaky in the morning. And other than a sheet there was no other protection, such as a waterproof cover, on the mattress. My wife is a bit of a germaphobe - she’s in healthcare so that happens. "
